Pros:

Place is at nice location but this is not a hotel it’s a stay. Management has to improve.

Cons:

Nothing as such. Management need not ask for extra money before check in. I did not understand which kind of hotel does that.

Construction is going on at same place.. and some labourers.. keeps working till late midnight.. again with heavy sounds.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

We had a pathetic stay! We had booked 3 rooms, there was construction work going on and it opened outside so no security. The fan wasn't working in one, water was dripping from the AC, in one room the drawer was closed with a chair and if u moved the chair the drawer would open, dirty linen, even for tea coffee sachet we had to ask, no intercom in room so if you need something you have to go upto reception , rooms don't have cupboard so no place to hang your clothes, bathroom door could not be closed properly in one room. We had a late check in 9.30 pm.We had informed the facility too had also requested a late check out before booking and he had agreed too. But after checking in he changed he was like that time I didn't have a booking then now we have but if you pay extra 1200 we can give. Which clearly reflected how money minded they were and wasn't genuine.Most of the people were vacating and did not see anyone waiting to check out. It doesn't stop there. We decided we will vacate at 12 noon and not extend from 11.30 ppl start banging the door to move you out of the room. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and uncomfortable, we were a family group with mostly senior citizens and women .I would suggest nobody should opt for this place; especially not suitable for families. At the same rate you can get better rooms at a better location.Just not worth the price paid.I will never ever recommend this place to anyone .

Okay to stay for a short visit. but not up to the standard

Cons:

The rooms are not very clean, but can be manageable for 1 night. The host is not friendly. dont give any information about the amenities. wifi is ok
