Pros:

This is an amazing family run business. Every thing was effortless and Hazel and her amazing team were so helpful. They are in the middle of renovations atm and you wouldn't know. Every where was clean , fresh and just felt so comfortable. They were also so helpful with directions to an event we were attending and recommended lovely bars and restaurants throughout our stay. I would definitely stay again 100%. Thanks again for making our stay in kilkenny that bit more memorable. Kind regards

Location in town centre

Cons:

Mice ran across our feet when we arrived inside the building. Waiting for someone to turn up to let us into room. Bags were moved to another room without telling us. Now hot water in showers. Kept being asked to pay for the stay when it was already paid on booking.com. Just stayed in another hotel for the two nights.
