Liked the location , Comforts ,Cleanliness and the warm hospitality of the stafff.
Some folks were singing Kareoke , till late night , I suggest that hotel manegement add some rules to avoid such behavior.

Tea bags are poor quality. Keep a rack to hang wet clothes. Table with at least a chair are essential. Carpets to be provided for each bed.
We had a wonderful experience at Tara Waterfall in Rakwana. The staff was very friendly, the location was beautiful, and the food was delicious and fresh. It was a peaceful and refreshing visit — highly recommended for nature lovers! 🌿💧🍽️

We had good stay at Tara waterfall hotel with the waterfall view, which so calm and relax full, highly recommend if anyone interested to relax holiday
The outside sounds little bit disturbing to room inside.also the sounds directly hear and other rooms sounds also hear
it was a good place. kinda hidden gem around Rakwana. The place is good, the staff is good, and the surroundings are good. clean.
Internet is slow on rooms. it's not stable. for the 2nd floor and ground floor, it was very stable and speedy.

The only point to work on is if we looked down from our balcony u cd see trash in between the tea plants. That shd be cleaned up for having a better vieuw
The view from the room.
Firstly, there is a giant generation below all of the luxury rooms which creates a big noise throughout the day. The rooms are fine but some issues like the poor shower drainage. The service and the restaurant was very poor. There is no atmosphere created by the staff or the restaurant, everything is very empty and clinical. No music or friendly service/chat from the staff. They didn't want to make local food, just offering fried rice and noodles. In a high end hotel this is just unacceptable. They reluctantly made 3 or 4 curries which were delivered to the rooftop restaurant in a very loud lift mechanism which was very bizarre. This is meant to be an eco-hotel but there are unnecessary lights everywhere, and single use plastics in the room. Absolutely no unique concept to this hotel and the staff don't understand what good service is.
By the way, the photos online are of another 'Tara' branch (IE. Photos of a chef and a swimming pool). They don't have any of this in Rakwana.
