Cons:

Pas de personnel sur place, check-in sur une tablette
Espace restreint, surtout avec des bagages
Réfrigérateur trop froid, tout ce que nous avions mis dedans à congeler.

Hiroshima is a fantantic city, this was one of highlights of out of our 38 day tour of Japan. 3 days wasn’t enough!
Pros:

Great location on the river and a nice walk to the peace memorial. The room was big in comparison to all to all the places we had stayed. There is a 7-eleven less than a 1 minute walk and some fabulous local resturants serving the local dish. There is one a few minutes walk from the hotel which was our favorite eating experience in Hiroshima.

Cons:

The only thing for us was carrying our 2 heavy suitcases up to our room. We were aware that we would need to do this so we were happy to do this.

Amazing! Muy bueno!
Pros:

The bathroom is big and comfortable, everything was very clean and the check in and check out was very easy.

Cons:

The check in process may be difficult for people that is not used to this method online

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La douche spacieuse et la décoration, le plafond brille la nuit.
Quartier résidentiel très calme hormis le bruit des cigales.

Cons:

C’était pas tout nickel, il y avait beaucoup de saleté sous la table basse et la poignée de la porte des toilettes était cassée.
L’hôtel est un peu loin de tout (centre-ville, gare, restaurants, etc.)

Pros:

ドライヤーのみが正常に作動。

Cons:

洗面所が水の時はチョロチョロとしか出ず。
熱湯ばかりが出て非常に困った。

チェックイン、チェックアウトが実にしにくかった。
問い合わせの際記載の電話番号にかけるが応答は無し。
片言の日本語での留守番電話が出てメッセージを残しても折り返しは無し。
日を分けて数回メッセージを残したのですが折り返しは全く無し。
（チェックアウトの際もかけたが全くで、これが不安でなかなか出発が出来ずに困った。）

結局一度も折り返しはありませんでした。
これに対しては出発前より困っていた。結局Booking.comさんにかけて問い合わせなくてはならず
実に不自由であった。（03の電話番号にかけなくてはならず、直通では無いので）
キャンセルもしたかったが出来なかった。

上記に関しましては適切な説明を文書にて頂きたいです。

どれだけの電話代、貴重な時間を無駄にしたかは計り知れず非常に不愉快である。
全てを改善して頂きたい。Booking.comさんでは何故彼らを載せているのかが不思議です。
これまで＃202を利用した方は水が出ないホテルをどう感じてきたのでしょう？

返金を求めます。

Conforme à la description, cadre agréable
Pros:

Emplacement calme et proche de l'eau, la chambre était très propre et agréable.
Malgré notre arrivée plus tôt que prévue, la chambre était prête et nous avons pu y déposer nos bagages avant de repartir.
Ligne de bus à proximité, pratique pour les déplacements.

Cons:

Pas d'accueil physique, mais l'enregistrement reste simple à faire soi-même.
Heureusement que notre chambre était prête afin d'y déposer nos bagages, car comme personne à la réception ça aurait été dommage de les laisser sans surveillance dans un bâtiment ouvert à tout le monde.
