A just ok staying over for five nights
Pros:

The room is well equipped with all stuff, which is out of my expectation,the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The furniture is old, windows can not be opened for having fresh air in. the living room is too dark looking like a basement. The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned frequently. I witnessed that for two days the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned, which should not happen. The room temperature is higher than that in living room because the temperature adjustment is in living room. One night due to the hot temperatures in room I could not sleep but the temperature adjustment would not be allowed to touch for regulation.

Had to leave early because of my allergies in the morning
Cons:

Door touch pad hard to use at bedroom.
No Internet in the bedroom.
Carpet in living room probably collects things which caused some of my allergies.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Very close to the venue we were visiting. It was also very quiet.

Had a little problem with the water faucets but, once figured out it was fine.

We liked the price, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great with the hand held showerhead.

Although it was a brief stay, and I didn't avail myself of all it had to offer, I would stay again.
Pros:

This was the perfect setup for my needs. I was in town for one night to attend a wedding so didn't need anything more than a bed and bathroom, and close to the venue. It fit the bill perfectly. The executive sweet had pretty much everything one would need. It had a coffee maker, fridge, hot pot, toaster, big TV and microwave. They had a small selection of disposable plates, napkins, utensils and powdered creamer. It also had a king size bed. Way more than I required but nice. It was only the second time I slept in one. I also sent emails to the host and got fairly quick responses. Thank you, RM.

Cons:

I had a little hiccup with the keypad. All I was given was a code to key in, I presumed, only to gain access to the unit. When I was leaving I had to figure out how to lock it. I didn't realize I had to use the access code again. Then after several different attempts I discovered I had to push the bottom button after using the code. Sorry, maybe I'm dense but I haven't had experience with these before. Instructions would have been helpful to me, especially if I'd been running late, which thankfully I wasn't.

One other thing which is toward my personal comfort and needs. The toilet worked just fine but I'm used to having what's called a comfort style toilet, which merely means it's taller than the standard toilet. This one was much lower than I'm accustomed to. Given my physical condition at the time, back went out, it would have been more comfortable and easier for my back to not have to lower myself as far as a standard toilet requires, but that's just my preference and no problem with the toilet's function at all.

Outstanding value and a great option for the money
Pros:

The place is a gem. As you can read in other places it's not a hotel, there's no check-in desk, it's the master bedroom of a single family home redesigned into a rented rooms. Very comfortable, very quiet, outstanding for the price.

Cons:

The location isn't the most convenient, and it probably isn't suited for a woman travelling alone.
