Did not stay because could not get hold of anybody then at 1 am received email that she fell asleep an received code to get in around 12.40 AM when I already had to find another hotel total ignorance and disbelief

Pleasantly Surprised!
Pros:

The owner communicated immediately when I arrived during the middle afternoon. Check in was efficient. The room was excellent with plenty of space, refrigerated, tv, wifi, and was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I could have been closer to Jet Blue. But, for the daily rate, this was a real bargain. Access to 75 was a breeze when major shopping nearby.

A just ok staying over for five nights
Pros:

The room is well equipped with all stuff, which is out of my expectation,the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The furniture is old, windows can not be opened for having fresh air in. the living room is too dark looking like a basement. The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned frequently. I witnessed that for two days the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned, which should not happen. The room temperature is higher than that in living room because the temperature adjustment is in living room. One night due to the hot temperatures in room I could not sleep but the temperature adjustment would not be allowed to touch for regulation.

Had to leave early because of my allergies in the morning
Cons:

Door touch pad hard to use at bedroom.
No Internet in the bedroom.
Carpet in living room probably collects things which caused some of my allergies.
