Almost everything was as expected. Friendly staff and the fancy upstairs restaurant was incredible.

The floors in the room were noticeably dirty. Unexpected, but hopefully just a one-time issue

Thanks to the Moxy for a wonderful quick vacation in the Asheville area!
Pros:

The Moxy is in a beautiful and convenient location with easy access to parking. Many shops and restaurants are available in the area as well as the Art Museum and beautiful architecture. The hotel itself has beautiful furnishings and inspiring art work and design. The staff were super nice and very kind. We would love to stay again soon!

Cons:

The sink in the double room needs a table on each side to hold toiletries. There just wasn't quite enough space for two or three people's items.

Great location with friendly staff but room lighting was bizarre and too loud.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby had a welcoming vibe. The location was great! The parking was easy and we could just walk once we arrived.

Cons:

We had a 7th floor room adjacent to the restaurant and it was very noisy until the late hours of the night. The lighting set up in the room made it impossible to just turn on a bedside reading light without the overhead lights on… not ideal for bedtime!
