Leuk, comfortabel en trendy in het centrum van Asheville
Pros:

Mooi hotel in de centrale straat van Asheville. Door een overboeking kregen we een upgrade. Het personeel excuseerde zich, maar uiteindelijk waren we beter af dan met wat we hadden geboekt. Jammer genoeg geen tijd gehad om het zwembad op te zoeken.

The hotel was superb, the vibe was fun and all of the employees were engaging and helpful.

Pros:

The location is excellent, and front desk staff are great. Everybody we encountered was very helpful and always greeted us. I appreciated having the coffee available in the morning.

Cons:

The property felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The rooms were extremely small and lacked many of the amenities I typically expect, such as a coffee maker, lotion, and even multiple trash cans—there was only one in the room. The wall pegs could also be improved by adding hooks to the ends so that bags and clothing don't easily slide off.
Some of the shared facilities were inconvenient as well. Getting ice required a long walk, and the pool area was disappointing. About half of the lounge chairs were reserved. Before my stay, I was told online that reserving chairs cost $20, but when I asked the front desk, I was told they were available for $50 instead. Charging hotel guests $50 to reserve pool chairs seems excessive.
The pool itself is quite small considering it serves two hotels, so it became very crowded. There were often no available chairs in the general seating area, which made it especially difficult for families to find a place to sit. Pool service was also limited—the bartender only served guests who came to the bar and did not provide service around the pool.

Friendly staff. Bathrooms have glass windows instead of walls.
Pros:

Very nice staff. Great views. Excellent location. Onsite garage that is 6’10”

Cons:

Room was small. The bathroom walls are frosted glass so you wake up your partner when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Glass also doesn’t keep bathroom noises contained very well. I won’t return because of this one issue.

great location, cool decor
Pros:

location, pool, gym, shower, bar and other lounge areas, view from pool all fantastic. Lots of hooks in room to hang clothes etc. great part of town, excellent indian restaurant nearby
