Friendly staff. Bathrooms have glass windows instead of walls.
Pros:

Very nice staff. Great views. Excellent location. Onsite garage that is 6’10”

Cons:

Room was small. The bathroom walls are frosted glass so you wake up your partner when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Glass also doesn’t keep bathroom noises contained very well. I won’t return because of this one issue.

great location, cool decor
Pros:

location, pool, gym, shower, bar and other lounge areas, view from pool all fantastic. Lots of hooks in room to hang clothes etc. great part of town, excellent indian restaurant nearby

Cons:

rooms a little small, no fridge, limited storage. Pool bar closed monday / Tuesday

Great location and restaurants.
Pros:

Love the location and lobby and upstairs lounge with games.

Cons:

We had some medication that needed to be kept cool/refrigerated. It would be nice if they at least had a little mini fridge in the room. Also if you stay in the hotel the parking fee should be included. I know it’s a city garage but it seems like they could make an arrangement with the city.

Could've been cleaner.
Pros:

Location is nice, staff were nice.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean. Such as the floor, im use to brand new toilet paper being put into rooms, this wasnt like that. There was hand print smears on the shower door. It looked ok over all, bed was made, but for 300 1 night for a small king room, it couldve been better

Great vibing place if you can deal with tiny rooms and no storage.
Pros:

The location and vibe are excellent if you want to be close to the downtown Asheville happenings in a cool place.

Cons:

The rooms were tiny and the storage was non-existent. No closets. And the sound insulation to the bathroom was non-existent which meant there was no real privacy. The pillows were also horrible.

Would not recommend this property. Very small rooms and overpriced.
Pros:

The view out our window

Cons:

Too small of rooms. Hard to find even with GPS. Had to check in through a bar. We are non drinkers so this was a bit disturbing for us.

Great location but poorly run hotel with no amenities - would not recommend.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and very walkable. The lobby and communal spaces are trendy and well decorated.

Cons:

The room offered 0 amenities or conveniences - no fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker. But our biggest issue was with housekeeping: our sheets were dirty upon arrival and they did not visit our room once during our 3 day stay to make the beds, take out the trash or refresh the room AT ALL. We had to flag the dirty sheets TWICE before the beds were changed and when they were changed, the trash and dirty towels were left behind.

Beautiful inside hotel layout! Nice staff! Great location! Grab closet convenient!

Cons:

Bed layout not great hard to close curtains unless stepping on the bed.. No mini fridge. No free parking !
