Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Here’s everything that went wrong:
1. The room was TINY – absolutely not worth ₹2800 per night. Total rip-off.
2. The AC barely worked – made a lot of noise and gave no cooling.
3. The bathroom was ridiculously small and dirty. Hot water? Forget it – the geyser is so small it only gives cold water.
4. There’s ZERO view – it’s in the middle of the city, and you can’t even get an auto nearby. You’ll have to walk for that too.

Now coming to the staff – terrible coordination and communication:
• We clearly told them we might arrive early and were ready to pay extra. Still, the room wasn’t ready when we got there.
• They’re more focused on money than customer service. We informed them a day before that we’d check out at 9 PM. They agreed, but the next guy had no clue and kept asking us to leave.
• They charged us ₹2900 for just 5 hours extra and still didn’t block the room. Then at 8 PM, we’re being told to vacate because they have another booking? Seriously? If we paid full price, that room should’ve been blocked for us. Totally unprofessional.

Overall, pathetic experience. Not recommended AT ALL. Would never stay here again and wouldn’t suggest anyone else should either.

It was a worth stay every bit .Wonderful people and good location to access places.
Pros:

The staff Manjula and Girish and even others there ,the entire team were excellent. They hv no restaurant but these guys ate so helpful ,they make u feel at home .They helped us with auto ,places to visit and nice cup of tea.They were so pleasant .

Room was a bit too small for 2adt plus one child but it was clean.
