They were unable to send the shuttle to the airport despite multiple calls. They did not receive my reservation. The reception girl was not friendly, she took a key randomly and showed me a room that did not correspond to what I paid for. I told her, then she showed me another one, supposed to be better but still did not match with what I paid for. Food is like trash like they could give it to the dogs. The hotel has at least 2 others names with bad reviews on booking.com. Finally I asked for the shuttle to go back to the airport, they asked money for this. I said it is supposed to be free on their booking.com ad, so they finally booked the cheapest taxi around, a total wreck that dropped me on the airport taxi parking, far from the terminal entrance. AVOID THIS CRAP

Barry was very accommodating, I felt like I was the only guest, this is how much attention he gave me, Thank you Barry, Linda and Eida.
