Niestety trafiliśmy do pokoju na samej górze, który z wyglądu nadawał się do remontu, tynk na ścianach był uszkodzony przez przeciekającą wodę, wykładzina na podłodze też w kiepskim stanie, w pokojach znajdowała się tylko jedna szafka pod telewizorem, brak było szafy czy jakiegoś regału lub stolika na którym można by było odłożyć rzeczy. Łazienka też niekompletna, brak deski na WC, brak papieru toaletowego... Gdyby nie to, że przyjechaliśmy bardzo późno i jako przystanek na długiej trasie, to pewnie szukalibyśmy czegoś innego

Kaum möbliert. Nur Betten und Tisch im Zimmer. Kein Duschvorhang im Bad. Personal unfreundlich

Unser ganzer Aufenthalt da hat 30 Minuten gedauert und wir haben es verlassen.Schade um das Geld und die Hinfahrt.Unter dem Zimmer eine Kneipe wo schon alle besoffen waren und es einfach unmöglich war da zu bleiben. An der Rezeption 20 min gewartet bis jemand kam.Die angestellte mega unhöflich frech ihre einzige Aussage der Besitzer ist im Urlaub und wir können uns ja beschweren wäre ihr egal.Dieses Objekt würde ich keinem empfehlen. Sauberkeit einfach ekelhaft und der gestank einfach unmöglich.

Cuidado con reservar este hotel si vuestro vuelo llega tarde. Nuestro vuelo llegaba a Sarajevo a las 23:00. Solicitamos un cambio en el horario del check-in 4 meses antes, y nos mandaron un mensaje automático aceptándolo. Sin embargo, el mismo día del vuelo (4 horas antes), nos informaron de que la recepción estaría cerrada a nuestra llegada y que no podríamos entrar. En el mismo aeropuerto, antes del vuelo a Sarajevo, tuvimos que buscar un sitio donde dormir esa noche, siendo el precio de la noche 3 veces más caro.
