Place has a lot of potential and could become a great destination with more attention to detail.
Pros:

The design of the hotel is beautiful, modern, clean lines, and very visually pleasing. The property itself is well maintained and spacious, with plenty of room for activities and relaxing. The views from the restaurant are stunning, and the overall atmosphere has a lot of potential to be something special. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot when we arrived, and it would have made a big difference if the AC had been turned on a bit before check-in.
Despite not opening any windows, which also were missing insect nets, the room had spider webs, flies, and mosquitoes when we entered.
Only one set of toiletries was provided for two people, and no toothpaste or toothbrush.
Tea and coffee were available, at the room but there were no spoons.
The TV kept cutting out and we couldn’t really watch anything.
Pool water was not clean, with lots of dead insects, and the pool bottom could have used some cleaning.
Breakfast, although tasty, had limited options and some dishes were missing serving utensils.
Prices at the restaurant felt quite high for what was offered.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic hotel which boasts nice facilities and picturesque location. The kitchen in the restaurant is absolutely stunning, probably the best restaurant in whole Georgia! The service is very attentive and professional. We would be delighted to come back.

בחורף ובלי רכב מאוד מאוד לא מומלץ להגיע חבל על מצב הרוח שלכם.

המיקום של המלון רחוק מאוד מכל נקודת עניין בקווארלי ובאמצע שום מקום כלומר בלי רכב אין מה לנסות להגיע בכלל סתם רחוק ומיותר. וכל נסיעה שם תעלה הרבה בגלל שאתם מרוחקים גם מהאגם גם מהיער , המלון נמצא בשטח מישורי ככה שאין נוף והנוף היחידי הוא הגדר , בחורף המלון אפור מאוד ודי ריק ככה שהחוויה מאוד לא נעימה ומפחידה ומאוד לא מומלצת בקיץ אני מאמין שזה סיפור אחר.

בקבלה לא מדברים אנגלית בכלל וגם אם כן בצורה מאוד מועטה ולא טובה הכל עם גוגל טרנסלייט שהם באמת לא מבינים ולא מנסים לעזור לך אפילו , התאכבזנו מהשירות שלהם מאוד והם מצדם רק ניסו לגבות מאיתנו עוד תשלום על עוד דברים שאנחנו בכלל לא רוצים רצינו לבטל את החדר ולשלם רק סכום חלקי אבל גם את זה הם לא הבינו וניצלו את העובדה שלא היה לנו שם טוב כלל ורק רצינו ללכת.

Pros:

Room is decent the compound looks nice although it needs a few more years to grow into.

Cons:

The hotel is still relatively new, the staff was not very well trained yet. We were there for a few days and every morning the hotel breakfasts were different leading to a very inconsistent experience. There’s also a dog that keeps following us in the compound which at times make us feel uncomfortable but the staff didn’t do anything about it.

Pros:

Бассейн большой, удобное расположение лежаков. Шторы блэкаут. Тихо.

Cons:

Очень слабый ресторан на обеды/ужины. Половины блюд нет в меню, нет традиционных блюд. Жареный жир назвали шашлыком из свинины.
Завтрак хороший, но надо бы добавить кашу и яичницу, хотя бы под запрос. Проблема была накормить ребенка. Взрослым всего хватало.
В баре у бассейна кроме пива и крепкого алко вообще ничего нет.
