Simple and effective.
Pros:

How simple and clean it was. It was just what we needed, a bed, kitchen facilities and bathrooms. It’s also located right next to a bus stop which makes getting into town and other places easy.

Pros:

location was good, close to main road for easy access but not too close to hear it. Easy to find location and easy access to town.

Cons:

I only found out the aircon wasn't working when I arrived. they had not mentioned permanent tenant's living there too smoking inside and setting off smoke alarms in the middle of the night. Tenants made sure to tell me about strict rules from first interaction and then continued not to follow the rules themselves.
