All that we needed the night before the Sunshine coast marathon. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

No breakfast but excellent facilities to make our own.

Suburban silence
Pros:

Wonderful stay! Clean and quiet. Lovely "cleaning" lady turning over rooms, washing etc etc. Was a cosy & comfy stay & affordable.
I'd give it a 10 if we had our own bathroom 😉

Peaceful and relaxing! I love the position on the hilltop and watching the sun set!
Pros:

I loved everything about this property! The rooms kitchen’s bathrooms were very clean and stocked! The communication was very professional and friendly. I will definitely return.

Cons:

The only negative was that the washer and dryer was not available for tenant use. But I can understand that as there was no fee set up.

Pros:

The convenience of finding the key in the lock box and getting straight into our room. Toilet was close by

Cons:

Beds could probably be upgraded. The metal headboard was rusted and Someone had cooked / burnt something before we arrived and it smelt awful in the kitchen. Apart from that everything was great.

The exterior needs alot of love and modernising, plants, clean up etc. Get rid of pet food/beds etc.
