Amazing stay, helpful staff

Pros:

Brilliant hotel with first class service. Location is a challenge but once we called the owner he sent a cab out to pick my family up from the centre of town. Exemplary service. All staff were attentive and so keen to make sure our stay was excellent. I've stayed in Katra three times now for the Pilgramage, and the Sunshine Hotel is the one I'll return to. Amazing value, amazing service and great and comfortable rooms. Perfect for families as well.

Location is in an up and coming part of town but great service with pick ups by staff.
