潔癖症でなく、他人に干渉されたくない、寝るだけならOK

部屋が汚い。
スリッパもボロボロ、汚れ付きまくり。
シャワールーム黒カビあり。
アメニティが中国製でいろんな意味で心配。

このクオリティで１泊６５００円は高い。

Pros:

金額に対して、利便性が高い駅の駅近で良かった。

Cons:

お風呂がシャワーしかなく、足拭きマットの汚れが見えていたため、そもそも使う気を失せた。
洗面所も共通の割に綺麗さに欠け、歯ブラシやコップを一時的に置く台もなく使いづらい。
部屋の防音性が低く、隣室の話し声が筒抜けに加えて、赤子(推定生後12ヶ月未満)の泣き声がダダ漏れでした。(もともと同じ部屋のマンションを部屋分けしているため、築古の木造アパートより壁厚が薄い印象を受けました。)

言葉が通じなくても何とか翻訳アプリなどで頑張って対応してくれるたスタッフさんは良かったです

駅近くで安く宿泊できたので、いろいろ突っ込み所はあったけど我が家としてはOK！
Pros:

・家族3名（大人2名、子ども1名）でリーズナブルに宿泊できた
・部屋は、家族3名が宿泊するのには十分な広さ
・日暮里駅から徒歩5分程度のロケーション
・斎藤湯という銭湯が近くにあり、風呂はこっちで入れた
・出入りがある意味自由で、遅くなっても締め出される心配はなかった
・コンビニもそこそこ近かった

Cons:

・受付の女性（中国の方？）の態度が激悪い。部屋番号が聞こえにくかったので確認のため聞き返したら、「〇〇〇号と言ってるだろ！」いきなりとキレられる。宿泊代金が安いのでしょうがないと思いますが、あのタイミングでキレられるのは理不尽。
・どこまで土足なのかわかりにくい。説明書きもなし。結果、部屋の中まで土足OKだった。
・部屋の鍵がチープだし、施錠の仕方が昭和の鍵。施錠の仕方の説明がないと若い人はわからないと思う。
・部屋が寒い。何か配線を窓サッシの部分に通してるので、ちゃんと窓が閉まらず、夜中部屋の温度がかなり下がる。冬場ならエアコンの温度設定は高め（24度以上）をお勧めする
・ベッドのマットが激固い
・かけ布団激薄い、寒い
・1名ずつしか入れない風呂がフロアに1つしかない。シャワーのみ。ソープ関係は備え付け→近所の銭湯をおすすめする
・壁、扉が薄いので、廊下・階段を歩く音はモロに部屋に響く
