Breakfast was very average. Staff could not understand hindi OR English adequately, hence created problems at times and resulted in non-provision of the specific items requested.
Location was good. Transport, boatride, mall etc were close to hotel.
Main problem was the poor understanding of Hindi & English which caused problems. As a result, room cleaning was not done on request and provision of regular items at the room was lacking. Not sure why all staff were very young aged and manager on duty was never seen.

Uncooperative staff. Unnecessary additional charges was charged from me.
The location was very convenient being opposit Forum Mall. The staff were freindly.

The staff was very helpful and efficient in their duty.
Staff was friendly, second room was clean shower was very nice, had a good gym and pool and the location was convenient.
The first room they gave us it was obvious that someone had been in it and it was not clean. Someone had dank the water and used a cup, bed had been sat on and the toilet had been used. We had to change rooms.
