Mantaray Tulum

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice.
The food was delicious. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay had yogurt/granola, coffee, juice, and toast with jam. You could also order additional breakfast from the menu (~330mex). The dinner food was yummy too, especially the shrimp tacos, beet salad, and pizza. We really enjoyed having the kitchenette in the room. We also really appreciated the full water dispenser each day so we could keep hydrated without buying a bunch of plastic bottles!

Wonderful place right on the beach. Hotel room had everything we needed. Staff and service were amazing! Entry path to the hotel was well guarded.

Staying at Mantaray was the best possible start for our trip around Yucatan!! You arrive at the little paradise, with a beautiful calm beach and only the loveliest staff around, who are helpful and relaxed. There is a lot of space to chill out and spend the day-we were there with two small kids and the beach right on our front porch was the best thing ever!
The food is absolutely delicious, we tried every item on the menu!
The room and the whole little hotel is beautifully decorated and you can feel a lot of love and work going into even the smallest details.

The staff were so wonderful. From Matias to Fernando, Mecelo and Esteban, everyone working at the hotel/resort were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The food option and drink options were delightful as well. The price points on their menu items were very fair for the quality of food and drinks we had. Our room was very spacious, we loved having our own kitchen and venturing to the local markets to make our meals from time to time. The bed was very comfortable too!

Mati, and his team provided us with a 5-Star experience that started 2 weeks before we arrived. Their concierge style approach helped us to maximize our stay by assisting us with booking everything from excursions to dinner reservations and informing us on things that we otherwise would not have known about. Their attention to detail shines around every corner of this tropical paradise and with every delicious meal, cocktail, and every smile! In fact we cancelled a dinner reservation because we just didn't want to leave

Mantaray. Their stunningly beautiful setting made this a trip that we will never forget! We will be back soon, and we're telling all of our friends.

La posizione e l’appartamento a disposizione

The sea view was amazing and loved the use of the kayaks and paddle board (always available). The continental breakfast was yummy with fresh fruit and yogurt. The water by the bay was calm and perfect.

Das Hotel ist schön klein und daher ist der Service sehr persönlich. Die Lage am Meer mit eigenem Strandabschnitt ist ein Traum. Die Bucht ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Man kann sich kostenfrei Kajaks und eine Schnorchelausrüstung ausleihen. Wir konnten uns hier sehr gut entspannen :-) Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen entspannten Vibe. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und der Strand wird jeden Morgen gesäubert. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und stets zuvorkommend!

Wir haben uns durch den privaten, kontrollierten Eingang zum Hotel sehr sicher gefühlt!

Een paradijselijke oase! Kleinschalig hotel in een baaitje zonder zeewier. Het uitzicht!! Mooie kamer met goede faciliteiten. Mattias super vriendelijk en zorgt voor een goed verblijf🌞
