Pros:

The sea view was amazing and loved the use of the kayaks and paddle board (always available). The continental breakfast was yummy with fresh fruit and yogurt. The water by the bay was calm and perfect.

Cons:

Would have been nice if there were more cocktail HH options, but the margaritas were great.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön klein und daher ist der Service sehr persönlich. Die Lage am Meer mit eigenem Strandabschnitt ist ein Traum. Die Bucht ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Man kann sich kostenfrei Kajaks und eine Schnorchelausrüstung ausleihen. Wir konnten uns hier sehr gut entspannen :-) Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen entspannten Vibe. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und der Strand wird jeden Morgen gesäubert. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und stets zuvorkommend!

Wir haben uns durch den privaten, kontrollierten Eingang zum Hotel sehr sicher gefühlt!

Cons:

Um zum Hotel zu kommen, muss man einen abgelegenen Weg fahren, der sich relativ lang zieht. Als Straße kann man diese nicht bezeichnen. Der Weg war eine einzige Katastrophe und bestand nur aus Schlaglöchern, so dass es sich nicht vermeiden ließ, die Schlaglöcher zu umfahren. Da wir von dort aus auch Ausflüge gemacht haben, mussten wir mehrmals täglich den Weg fahren, um nach Tulum zu kommen. Leider ist uns an unseren Mietwagen jetzt einen Schaden am Heck entstanden.. Wir haben das Hotel darauf angesprochen und angeblich warten sie seit längerem auf die Firma, die die Straße reparieren soll aber auf sich warten lässt. Das hilft uns jetzt aber leider auch nicht.

Die Preise im Restaurant waren uns deutlich zu hoch. Preis/Leistung stimmte nicht. Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Es gab jeden Tag dasselbe.

Cons:

Kahvaltı dahil olarak tuttuk oteli,bize sadece yoğurt verdiler bide utanmadan başka bir şey seçemezsiniz dediler.
Oda da klima bozuldu onu tamir edemediler.
Yazın gittiğimiz için denizde çok fazla yosun vardı ama sistemleri o kadar kötüydü ki temizleyemediler onun için denize giremedik yanında jashita otel var yürüme mesafesinde günlük oraya para verdik orda denize girebilmek için.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum bu oteli paranıza yazık.
O bölgeden bir otel tutacaksanız jashita oteli tutun hem aynı fiyat hem daha lüks.

We will be back! Didn't want to leave!
Pros:

On a beautiful bay with tropical waters and white sand beach. Nice pool, great beach, small restaurant with delicious food. Matias and staff are wonderful people and take great care of their guests.

Cons:

Only feedback would be that the kitchen needed more supplies. Dish towels and wash sponges, knives for chopping, bowls and a pot for cooking. As well as a drying rack for dishes. We love cooking when we are away and the kitchen lacked some basic supplies.
That is the only thing to suggest.
Also the sargassum was around but they cleared it everyday. And that is not something the hotel can do anything about.

Perfect stay!!!
Pros:

I stayed with my boyfriend and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life, even though it’s a brand new place everything works amazing and the service it’s great!
From the moment we reserved we had a concierge contacting us to know more about our trip, and they help us plan everything from transportation, reservations etc!

The private terrace with plunge pool was our favorite spot & it was just steps away from the best beach in Tulúm!

If you are looking for a place to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature this is the place!

Pros:

We had the best stay at the hotel! The staff was incredible; Arturo helped us with all our questions, and the restaurant staff was very attentive. The beach is truly unique, with a family-friendly and very peaceful atmosphere! It’s an amazing spot to spend your vacation!
