I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until you sort out your old building
Pros:

Location was good everything near by

Cons:

The old rooms with smelly cupboards and specially sleeping with ants in my bed was a terrible experience.

There was no proper Ac n we asked for ground floor but lady rudely said just to pay more and get another room which is delux n said all r sold out hut there were no one, looks like a haunted place, no entry from front but only from side, even not co-operative to guide anything, also no hangers breakfast, hv cheap amenities with flies pool and mainly no hoy water. Do not go to this place is whole shit. Rather go to best guest house

Not at all worth the money. Termites spray smell was lingering in the rooms extremely dirty toilets.
Pros:

The night front office executive was helpful and polite. He showed us the rooms to chose from even though both were stenchy. Helped us get our luggage to the room and provided towels after waiting the entire day as the day female receptionist wouldn't give it.

Cons:

The day female receptionist was rude. There was no one to carry the bags on the way out. The rooms were extremely smelly. The bathroom was smelly and leakage from the flush tank, stains on the seat and no dustbin. When asked for towels was denied saying we don't give those everyday. At the price that was being paid the least they could do was provide toiletries every day.
