Desde el ingreso, llegada a la recepción para el registro de ingreso fue muy atenta, cordial la Señorita de la recepción, proporcionando información que nos fue de mucha utilidad tanto de las instalaciones como recomendaciones para nuestras actividades en la zona.

el personal es bueno

Cons:

la regadera lastima la forma en que arroja el agua, la presion y es como si fuera una manguera que arroja agua, el internet pesimo, no habia conexion, la señal del celular se pierde, estuvimos dos noches y no fue el personal de limpieza a limpiar la habitacion

The staff is very nice and looks to meet your request.

Cons:

I reserved a room with double bed and when I arrived, they told me they only had left one room with king size bed. They offered to look for another hotel but since I was going to a weeding (and did not received answer to my request of check inn earlier) I had to stay there.

Muy buena experiencia, amaneciendo en nuevo amanecer
Pros:

La habitación muy limpia, muy comoda, el desayuno muy rico, nos toco buffet y todo sabía muy bien, la ubicación era adecuada para lo que necesitaba. Ayudo mucho que nos permitieran ingresar antes del check in, y el ingreso fue muy rapido, también el check out fue rapido y sin ningun inconveniente.

Cons:

La regadera, el agua salía a una presión muy fuerte y dolía. Sugeriria que pusieran instrucciones de como funciona la televisión, no es muy intuitivo y sería lindo para evitarle ese tipo de problemas al personal con los huespedes que no son muy amables
