The room itself is basic but the attentiveness of the staff is superb. They actually gave us both free pick up and drop off instead of only one. They also allowed us to have breakfast buffet before the official start time as we have an early train to catch
The shower area is dated and water leaks on to the bathroom floor
The staff were very helpful and attentive. We felt very welcomed and made at home. We would definitely go back here again!
15 mins walking distance to the cable car station for Tianmen mountain park.
Facilities are out-dated and not very well maintained.
No shuttle bus service even though it is wroten on their checkin manual and booking.com.
A beautiful, small-scale hotel within walking distance (10 min) of the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. The rooms are well-equipped and provided with all amenities. Breakfast is served as both Asian and continental/western.

Good room and clean!
Not a good location as it does not have any stores outside other than a small shop built into the hotel. But you can taxi or walk to city center in not too long

Sempre dispostos a ajudar, com atenção e cordialidade do começo ao fim. Recomendo demais este hotel e voltaria com certeza!

Do tamanho do quarto, do atendimento dos funcionários e da prestatividade de nos buscar na ferroviária (também buscam no aeroporto). Também são muito gentis de deixarem garrafinhas de água gratuitamente no quarto.
O elevador não vai até o último andar, mas não foi um problema porque subiram nossas malas. O chuveiro não era bom (é daquele tipo que sai muito pouca água). O café da manhã não é servido no mesmo lugar, e sim em dois lugares, então você escolhe se quer ir no oriental ou no ocidental, e eram poucas opções e todos os dias iguais. De qualquer forma, não é um café da manhã ruim, mas deixa a desejar, especialmente comparando com as experiências que tivemos em outras cidades da China com custo similar.
