Overall I had a comfortable 3 nights ; staff were attentive politeness
Pros:

Plenty of fresh fruit for breakfast . I enjoyed the Chinese breakfast options too

Appreciated having washing machine in the room -was able to wash and dry all of my clothes ready for my next destination. My room was cleaned everyday, my bed made & I had fresh towels. The chambermaid was efficient and kind
I was there two days only and had organised tours which picked me up /dropped me back each day. The hotel arranged a taxi to take me back to airport which wasn’t far out of town

Cons:

I didn’t like the bread at breakfast as it was sweet. All of the bread was sweet. Instead I just had to have an egg without toast then fruit.

My booked taxi service from the airport didn’t turn up which was very frustrating as it was late at night. Luckily I hired another taxi; however once I arrived at the hotel the reception staff refunded me the cost of the taxi and apologized for the mix up. The staff were always polite patient and helpful. Despite not speaking English they did their best using translator app but it could be very frustrating at times trying to make them understand my query/question. It took several attempts but we got there in the end

The room was wow!
Pros:

The staff was super friendly. There was a pick up and drop off service to the airport which was very handy. The breakfast was ok and the room was huge, clean and with a nice big bath inside. I will definitelly recomend it,

Weekend allo Zhangjiajie
Pros:

La struttura non ha un grande impatto appena entrati, poi invece le camere sono molto grandi e pulite.
La posizione é ottima, a circa 40 minuti dallo Zhangjiajie, a 15 min a piedi dalla Linea A per Tianmen, e 15 min ti taxi per la linea C

Cons:

Colazione un po’ scarsa dal punto di vista continentale, ma apprezzabile.

Pros:

La mejor relación calidad-precio que vi. El personal súper atento, nos recogieron gratis en la estación de tren y gestionaron los tickets para la Tianmen Mountain, habitación enorme y con todas las comodidades posibles (incluida lavadora), muy buen desayuno.

First of all, the free airport and high-speed rail pick-up/drop-off service was extremely convenient and well-organized, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. One of the highlights was the friendly and helpful staff—they were always ready to assist and made extra effort to communicate clearly, even using translation tools when needed. This made everything smooth and easy during the stay.

The hotel also provides a free breakfast, which was simple but tasty and had enough variety to start the day well.

The hotel staff were extremely nice, friendly, polite, and helpful. The food choice for vegetarians was quite poor. Hot milk was not available for making coffee or tea in the room.

Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo y espacioso. Gran ubicación, puedes ir caminando al cable car que va a la tianamen mountain. Y en taxi a menos de 15min está el 72 wonder tower. Restaurantes muy cerca. El personal es muy amable y educado. Desayuno muy bueno. Muy recomendado
