The hotel staff were extremely nice, friendly, polite, and helpful. The food choice for vegetarians was quite poor. Hot milk was not available for making coffee or tea in the room.

The place is incredibly well located, only 15 minutes by foot to the starting point of Tianmen mountain. The room is spacious, the staff are helpful and breakfast is ok.

Pros:

Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo y espacioso. Gran ubicación, puedes ir caminando al cable car que va a la tianamen mountain. Y en taxi a menos de 15min está el 72 wonder tower. Restaurantes muy cerca. El personal es muy amable y educado. Desayuno muy bueno. Muy recomendado

Pros:

The facilities were good, the breakfast a bit basic, but had everything I needed and was delicious.
The staff were so nice, definitely the best part about my stay.
The location a bit far from the center but they pick-up and drop-off from the airport or train station so its perfect.

スタッフが皆親切。ステファニーさんは、旅行前からチケットの手配を手伝ってくれ、大型タクシーの手配もしてくれた。ウィーチャットで、日本からコミュニケーションもできるので、情報が少ない中国の様子がわかり、助かった。夜中でも親切に対応し、チケットの時間変更も手伝ってくれた。

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et serviable! Le seul problème peut être la barrière de la langue, l’anglais n’étant que peu développé cependant Stéphanie parle, elle, anglais, et nous aide pour réserver toutes les activités à découvrir dans la région ce qui est vraiment génial!
A environ 15min à pied de la station pour aller à la montagne de Tianmen ce qui est parfait!

Sweet and homely hotel, very reliable
Pros:

Kindest and most helpful staff, the beds are nice and clean and the laundry in the bathroom is really convenient! They offer to help you with everything and the location is great to be near the lively city area.
