Very attentive and friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, cable car to Tianmenshan and central bud station, downtown and food nearby, you could walk or take a quick taxi. Airport and train station west are 10-15 minutes away. Good wifi and the transport is very much appreciated. Great stay and I would come back again.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien.
Le départ pour Tianmen Mountain est à 15min à pieds de l’hôtel.
Nous n’avons pas essayé mais il y a un restaurant en bas de l’hôtel.
Nous avons organisé des excursions avec Stephanie elle nous a bien conseillé : Canyon, Glass Bridge, Yellow Cave et le transport.
Great hotel! Location is okay (15 minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car), included airport pick up is very convenient and the breakfast was good. The staff however was exceptional. They were so kind, always ready to help and seemed to truly enjoy having you as a guest!
Water pressure in the shower was quite low, AC couldn't always manage the heat.

- Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and was nice to have laundry facilities inside room.
- Hotel staff picked us up from the airport which was nice. We were also able to leave our bags with reception while we went on a tour on our last day.
- The hotel has a small shop with snacks and drinks, which was useful.
- Breakfast was decent, as with most of the hotels we stayed at in China, it had a mix of Chinese and basic western options, toast, eggs, juice, coffee, which worked for us.
Would’ve been nice to have a rack for drying clothes, as the room has a washing machine but no tumble dryer.
The hotel is next to a fairly busy road and there was a bit of noise from the road in the morning.
We liked our room, it was spacious and had all the facilities.
Some places near the hotel, had a bad smell.
Das Zimmer war sehr gross, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte viel verschiedenes anzubieten.
Die Verantwortliche (Stephanie) vom Hotel hat bzgl. Ausflüge mit englischem Tour-Guide, Zugtickets für weitere und kürzere Distanzen sowie alle spontanen Fragen exzellent geholfen, sogar alles für uns organisiert. Solch ein Service und eine Hilfsbereitschaft habe ich noch nie gesehen, hierfür möchte ich Ihr und dem ganzen Hotel von Herzen bedanken.
Dieses Hotel kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen. :)

I appreciate the efficient airport pickup and drop off service. Stephanie, the ticket booking assistant from the hotel, was very professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. She arranged and booked many tickets for my family -- all done well!
Plenty of fresh fruit for breakfast . I enjoyed the Chinese breakfast options too
Appreciated having washing machine in the room -was able to wash and dry all of my clothes ready for my next destination. My room was cleaned everyday, my bed made & I had fresh towels. The chambermaid was efficient and kind
I was there two days only and had organised tours which picked me up /dropped me back each day. The hotel arranged a taxi to take me back to airport which wasn’t far out of town
I didn’t like the bread at breakfast as it was sweet. All of the bread was sweet. Instead I just had to have an egg without toast then fruit.
My booked taxi service from the airport didn’t turn up which was very frustrating as it was late at night. Luckily I hired another taxi; however once I arrived at the hotel the reception staff refunded me the cost of the taxi and apologized for the mix up. The staff were always polite patient and helpful. Despite not speaking English they did their best using translator app but it could be very frustrating at times trying to make them understand my query/question. It took several attempts but we got there in the end
The staff was super friendly. There was a pick up and drop off service to the airport which was very handy. The breakfast was ok and the room was huge, clean and with a nice big bath inside. I will definitelly recomend it,
