Great staff and amazing location with free pick up from the railway station. I had some issues with my food delivery app one day, the staff ordered through her account and made life a lot easier. Amazing staff and very helpful. Good travel advice and suggestions as well from them.

Melhor estadia da minha viagem
Pros:

Perfeito, excedeu minhas expectativas desde uma simples água, com guloseimas até aquecedor, tv assistindo dorama, máquina de lavar, banheira, kit de higiene que até algodão e lixa de unha e fora as tomadas perto a cama. Além disso, o pré atendimento foi a hospedagem que me deu todo suporte desde antes começar a viagem e estava sempre a disposição ajudando nos ocorridos da viagem. Foram me buscar no aeroporto com a plaquinha com meu nome e quando cheguei ainda me deram chá quentinho me fez sentir acolhida em um local distante, no qual estava sozinha. Não foi só uma hospedagem e não fui apenas mais um hóspede e sim tratada com humanidade. Obrigada pelo excelente atendimento e por ter me proporcionado o pacote completo.

Le personnel était vraiment incroyable! Surtout la dame du petit-déjeuner de la zone A était adorable et serviable. Notre chambre était mieux que ce qu’on espérait!
De plus, l’hotel est situé à environ 12mins à pied de la montagne Tianmen. Et Stéphanie nous a bien aidé pour planifier et repondre à toutes les differents questions pendant notre séjour.

Cons:

Pas assez de choix de restaurants a proximité. Mais on peut commander livraison.

Превосходный отель, рядом с аэропортом, отдельное спасибо за бесплатный трансфер!Номер большой, светлый, чистый, теплый. Есть стиральная машина! Сотрудники отеля помогали с билетами на достопримечательности. Подъемник на Тяньмэнь в 15 минутах ходьбы.

Pros:

El hotel en sí está muy bien, las habitaciones son muy grandes, incluso no había prácticamente ruido estando al lado de una carretera, cosa que llamó la atención porque me cuesta dormir con ruido. La habitación era muy chula que tenía altavoces incluido por Bluetooth, tenía una bañera y ducha súper grandes. La lavadora funcionó de maravilla y fue de mucha utilidad la verdad!!
Aparte nos recogieron y dejaron desde el aeropuerto, que no es tanto el dinero que te ahorran sino como el gesto, muy bonito y a valorar.
Fueron súper amables nos compraron parte de las actividades de forma proactiva, y abrieron chat directo por si necesitábamos algo.
Yo lo recomiendo 100% y volvería al mismo hotel que además está al lado del aeropuerto.

Cons:

Quizás el desayuno tener más opciones occidentales, como zumos por ejemplo, pero también entiendo que casi todo el público del hotel no sea occidental. Pero por mencionar algo, porque nos gustó mucho :D
