Pros:

El hotel en sí está muy bien, las habitaciones son muy grandes, incluso no había prácticamente ruido estando al lado de una carretera, cosa que llamó la atención porque me cuesta dormir con ruido. La habitación era muy chula que tenía altavoces incluido por Bluetooth, tenía una bañera y ducha súper grandes. La lavadora funcionó de maravilla y fue de mucha utilidad la verdad!!
Aparte nos recogieron y dejaron desde el aeropuerto, que no es tanto el dinero que te ahorran sino como el gesto, muy bonito y a valorar.
Fueron súper amables nos compraron parte de las actividades de forma proactiva, y abrieron chat directo por si necesitábamos algo.
Yo lo recomiendo 100% y volvería al mismo hotel que además está al lado del aeropuerto.

Cons:

Quizás el desayuno tener más opciones occidentales, como zumos por ejemplo, pero también entiendo que casi todo el público del hotel no sea occidental. Pero por mencionar algo, porque nos gustó mucho :D

Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of the lift station. There is a small shop next to the hotel lobby which is accessible from the hotel. The room was big and comfort and bathroom were equipped with everything you need. There was a washing machine in the room, as well as liquid laundry detergent, but we didn't use it. Since we arrived late we did not have a chance to walk around the hotel. They provided us with free transportation to the airport on the day of departure. If I go to Zhangjiajie again, I might stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

The hotel staff at the reception did not speak English, except for one girl who tried. Since we arrived at 6 pm and it was already dark, they could not explain to us where we could have dinner and it was good that there was this little shop in the hotel. They did not explain to us where to have breakfast either. It is true that they gave us some directions on paper, but following the instructions, as well as the receptionist's directions, we ended up in a place only for Chinese breakfast, without coffee. It turned out that on the reception floor, in the corridor opposite it, there is another breakfast lounge for international guests. The breakfast there was nice and varied and there was coffee, juice, fruit. This morning, 10/23/25, the guy at the reception was very rude.

Ottima struttura, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Camera e struttura molto belle, soprattutto tenuto conto del prezzo della struttura. Ottimo il servizio di pickup alla stazione. Ci hanno anche organizzato il trasporto per la ripartenza!

Cons:

La colazione "internazionale" è molto scarsa, valuterei di aggiungere qualche opzione in più e qualche prodotto aggiuntivo, come marmellate/miele per il pane tostato

Niepowtarzalny klimat tego miejsca - od recepcji i lobby, prze pokoje, po chińską restaurację stanowiącą część hotelu. Śniadanie dostępne w restauracji chińskiej lub zachodniej - do wyboru. Piękny i wygodny pokój. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Odbiór z lotniska i transfer przy wyjeździe - świetna sprawa.
