Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of the lift station. There is a small shop next to the hotel lobby which is accessible from the hotel. The room was big and comfort and bathroom were equipped with everything you need. There was a washing machine in the room, as well as liquid laundry detergent, but we didn't use it. Since we arrived late we did not have a chance to walk around the hotel. They provided us with free transportation to the airport on the day of departure. If I go to Zhangjiajie again, I might stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

The hotel staff at the reception did not speak English, except for one girl who tried. Since we arrived at 6 pm and it was already dark, they could not explain to us where we could have dinner and it was good that there was this little shop in the hotel. They did not explain to us where to have breakfast either. It is true that they gave us some directions on paper, but following the instructions, as well as the receptionist's directions, we ended up in a place only for Chinese breakfast, without coffee. It turned out that on the reception floor, in the corridor opposite it, there is another breakfast lounge for international guests. The breakfast there was nice and varied and there was coffee, juice, fruit. This morning, 10/23/25, the guy at the reception was very rude.

Ottima struttura, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Camera e struttura molto belle, soprattutto tenuto conto del prezzo della struttura. Ottimo il servizio di pickup alla stazione. Ci hanno anche organizzato il trasporto per la ripartenza!

Cons:

La colazione "internazionale" è molto scarsa, valuterei di aggiungere qualche opzione in più e qualche prodotto aggiuntivo, come marmellate/miele per il pane tostato

Niepowtarzalny klimat tego miejsca - od recepcji i lobby, prze pokoje, po chińską restaurację stanowiącą część hotelu. Śniadanie dostępne w restauracji chińskiej lub zachodniej - do wyboru. Piękny i wygodny pokój. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Odbiór z lotniska i transfer przy wyjeździe - świetna sprawa.

Consiglio questo Hotel!
Pros:

Struttura ottima con staff gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Stephanie che ha organizzato tutte le escursioni in base alle mie esigenze, servizio davvero importantissimo per chi non è cinese e ha bisogno di aiuto.
Ottimo anche il servizio dei massaggi in camera e la posizione, vicinissima all aereoporto e al centro città .

Cons:

La colazione un po misera e non ho potuto scegliere se farla nella sala della colazione cinese o continentale.
Inoltre faceva freddo nella hall e nella sala della colazione.

We were very satisfied with the hotel and can highly recommend it. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoroughly cleaned every day. We also found all the female staff at the hotel to be extremely friendly and kind.

We had a dedicated contact person, Stephanie, who supported us with great commitment and patience. Her help was outstanding and truly valuable. She organized local tours for us, and even after we continued our trip to Chongqing, she helped us find a Vietnamese-speaking tour guide there — something even our hotel in Chongqing was unable to arrange.

In addition, the hotel offered a free airport pick-up service as well as a complimentary transfer to the train station, which was very convenient and much appreciated.
