Pros:

El personal del alojamiento fue muy amable: nos permitieron dejar las maletas el día anterior para poder entrar al parque natural sin equipaje y al llegar para acceder a nuestra habitación fueron encantadores y nos ofrecieron una habitación mejor que la que teníamos sin costo.
La habitación era increíble y muy limpia, además tenía lavadora para usar gratis, ducha y bañera.
La reserva también incluía desayuno y traslado al aeropuerto.
En resumen, lo recomendamos sin duda 10/10

Amables y hospitalarios.
Pros:

Que tenía desayuno occidental y el personal era muy amable!
Stephanie nos ayudó con la compra de tickets a los parques. La Sra del desayuno muy atenta y los de recepción también.

Excellent value for money especially with the service we received.
Pros:

Extremely helpful before arrival. Stephanie arranged our park tickets and gave us a full itinerary for our stay which was excellent and made our visits to the park stress free and more enjoyable. Pick up and drop off takes away stress on arrive to city. Breakfast was very good. Clean big rooms and very clean.

Cons:

Just need to change the carpets in the hallways.

Un hotel impresionante, recomendsdisimo 100%
Pros:

La ubicación, sus empleados son súper amables y simpáticos, el hotel es limpio y muy bonito. El desayuno te da para aguantar unas buenas horas , hay un variedad impresionante de comida. Las habitaciones muy amplias con salón, el aire acondicionado era estupendo, el baño tenías bañera o ducha. Te daban objetos de limpieza, había lavadora y te dejaban jabón de ropa. Lo recomiendo 1000000!!!

No tengo nada malo que decir.

Прекрасный отель, чисто, просторно, удобное расположение. До основных достопримечательностей довольно просто добраться. До центра города можно спокойно дойти пешком, если по пути не собьет кто-нибудь на скутере)) очень отзывчивый и внимательный персонал.

Cons:

По вечерам немного мешал самолётный гул, но ночью его не слышно

Los diamantes de booking no son reales
Cons:

Un hotel con un fuerte olor a moqueta, no pudimos desayunar ningún día, no es para un europeo, las habitaciones las limpian a las 7 de la mañana hablando a toda pastilla por los walkie, estuvimos en otro hotel en la zona y era más barato y era como pasar de un 3 a un 5 estrellas, una pena

Pros:

La chambre est très grande et il y a une machine à laver dans la salle de bain.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien.
Le départ pour Tianmen Mountain est à 15min à pieds de l’hôtel.
Nous n’avons pas essayé mais il y a un restaurant en bas de l’hôtel.
Nous avons organisé des excursions avec Stephanie elle nous a bien conseillé : Canyon, Glass Bridge, Yellow Cave et le transport.

First class all the way from beginning to end. Stay here!!
Pros:

Very attentive and friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, cable car to Tianmenshan and central bud station, downtown and food nearby, you could walk or take a quick taxi. Airport and train station west are 10-15 minutes away. Good wifi and the transport is very much appreciated. Great stay and I would come back again.
