This cozy three-star wooden chalet near Lucerne is quiet and clean.The staff are very friendly and helpful.Facilities are a bit old but functional.
Good value with a lovely local vibe.

Pros:

Nachts war es sehr ruhig und das Bett sowie die Bettwäsche waren sehr bequem. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend schön!

Cons:

Es hat etwas gedauert, bis jemand an der Rezeption kam. Das Hotel war wie ausgestorben.
Am frühen Morgen aber, gegen 6h30, wurde es plötzlich sehr laut, weil die Gäste, die mit einem Car gekommen waren, alle gleichzeitig aus ihren Zimmern kamen, laut redeten und die Türen unsanft hinter sich gezogen haben.
Das Badezimmer sah sehr, sehr alt aus. Es hat aber alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

Super Freundliches Personal wirklich sehr Empfehlenswert.

Das Personal war so net, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefüllt. Die sind sehr bemüht das es den Gästen gut geht.

Leider eine enttäuschung

Die Lage wäre eigentlich wundervoll

Cons:

Für den Preis leider eine absolute Frechheit.
Die Zimmer voller Schimmel im Bad und an den Fensterrähmen.
Dreckiger Teppich.
Weder ein TV im Zimmer noch eine Mini Bar oder WLAN.
Die Zimmer sind komplett veraltet und megaaa ringhörig, die Badezimmer wie auch die Duschkabinentüre haben sich nicht richtig schließen lassen.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war zwar sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr Mühe gegeben, konnte aber nur ziemlich schlecht deutsch und hat uns auch nicht gut verstanden.
