I didn't like anything

Cons:

Sink was not draining
Sink drain pipe was leaking
Hotel said they would fix it , later they told us that we didn't leave the key, that is a big BS. Don't they have master key? When confronted they were ready to change the room knowing we were leaving next day early morning.

Location was good.

Cons:

No Towels provided, repeated requests were turned down blindly
As per the hotel staff they were out of stock for linen

No drinking water provided ( We have to buy drinking water)

Lot of mosquitoes

House keeping staff are lazy . They don't clean the room even after requesting them to do so.

Overall terrible experience
Never recommend anyone to stay there

Facilities are worse than Local lodges .
This is no way a 3 star hotel.
