Pros:

Lovely clean and upgraded room, very comfortable and worth the money. Its a very cosy room with everything you need for a short stay.

Cons:

No staff in the building, we had awful neighbours who had very loud music, slamming doors all night and knocking our door and running off laughing at stupid o'clock in the morning. I barely slept because of the noice, although manager was very apologetic in the morning and said she would speak to them it wasnt really good enough for the price to be leaving very tired and feeling on edge whilst there. If staff was in the building it could of been sorted better.

Very good but room for improvement
Pros:

Great location and the property is a very good size

Cons:

Kitchen equipment very limited and was still dirty which was a shame. There’s also a strong sewage smell in the flat.

Window in lounge was broken blinds dusty , smell from drains , stains on bedding coffee machine needed emptying, needed to clean kitchen trays before cooking on them.

This apartment need some serious maintenance and repair. Mattresses replaced and a thorough clean through.

Smell of drains in the kitchen
Bad mattresses, no mattress covers and mattress dirty.
General cleanliness wasn’t great.
Other issues that didn’t affect our stay…
Missing remote for bedroom 2 tv
Broken hinge on window in the lounge.
Internet would not work
Heavy dust on blinds and above bed 2 tv housing.

Tiny bit over priced but comfortable and modern.
Pros:

Very modern rooms and decor. Nice big tv in each room. Bathroom was lovely. Excellent location. Very comfy beds. Good late checkout.

Cons:

Carpets needed hoovering. Fans and blinds were dusty and there was a coffee mark on side so not sure if been cleaned before we got there. Did think it was slightly dear for the one night. Undecided if would book again.

Pigeon show penthouse!
Pros:

Beautifully clean and modern apartment with no end of top range gadgets and fittings.
Spacious, clean, comfortable. Central location and extremely secure. Three separate entry codes for each door.

Cons:

Just missed a coat hanger/rack by the entrance and maybe a throw for the living room, ti get cosy in the evening. But that is being really picky, as it was such a good accommodation in Blackpool and we've stayed in many!

It was exactly as the pictures and had a lovely stay. Would definitely use again
Pros:

It was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It’s an absolutely lovely apartment and the location is perfect for the Winter Gardens

Cons:

The living room floor was freezing under foot and took a good 12 hours to warm up the room. It’s a shame that a pub has opened underneath so is noisy till closing time

The presentation, decor and location were incredible.

Cons:

Stains on the lounge furniture, damp smell throughout property, vomit smell in bathroom, WiFi would not connect.
