I have spent only a night from 9 .00 pm to 7.30 am so can't comment much.

Very good
Pros:

Rooms are big and comfortable. There are enough electronics charging points. The bathrooms are neat and functional. Restaurant food was good. Staff was courteous. Shops and market places are within walking distance from the hotel. There is parking space in the basement.

Cons:

One of the rooms given to us had a faulty AC so it took almost 45 minutes to get another room. Although they gave us a different room with a lower rate, this was not considered at the time of checkout. Hotel should ideally refund Rs. 800 back to me. Hotel is located in a very narrow lane and very close to the railway station and bus stand. There are announcements on speakers from both places besides the honking by the trains which is disturbing at night. Cable TV set top box was not functional in two rooms. They changed in only one room. They provide only one litre water per room per day. That's just 500 ml for each guest. Bottled water which has MRP of Rs. 20 was sold to us at Rs. 25 +tax.
