Pros:

Очень стильный и красивый отель. Находится в центре старого города - великолепно для туриста. Номера чистые и комфортные. Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный: много овощей, местная грузинская кухня, для гостей готовят свежую яичницу.

Great Location and a hotel of modern elegance.

Cons:

My room was on the side facing the outdoor restaurant and street which had loud music till 10pm, not ideal for weary travellers.

אהבנו את המיקום, העיצוב של המלון, מלון חדש. צוות מסביר פנים, ארוחת בוקר מיוחדת, האחראית על ארוחת הבוקר ממש מקסימה. ניכר כי הצוות עושה הכל על מנת להשביע רצון.

Cons:

אין במלון ספא. המחירים של המסאגים יקרים יחסית. אבל אין תלונות.

Exceptional!
Pros:

The hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. They were always friendly and willing to help at anytime.
The room was beautiful, spacious and comfy. The breakfast was lovely and had more than enough choice. There was something for everyone..
The location was fantastic and near everything we needed and wanted to see. We would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to visit again

Wonderful place for a romantic stay
Pros:

Excellent staff: friendly, ready to assist for all needs, very fast in accomplishing tasks. Location is wonderful - close to all important locations and to the public transportation (although we just walked everywhere).

An outstanding stay from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Exceptional experience. I have stayed in many hotels in Tbilisi over the past few years, but I have not encountered a hotel of this standard anywhere in Georgia.

Everything is carefully managed and well organized, from the early check-in, to the impeccable cleanliness, the breathtaking design, and even the smallest details throughout the property.

I would also like to say a special word about the people responsible for recruiting the staff. The team here is outstanding. Everyone is welcoming, smiling, and genuinely willing to help, not because they have to, but because it clearly reflects the culture of the hotel. You feel it everywhere: from the doorman who takes the luggage, to the reception team, to the housekeeping and service staff. Every request, big or small, was handled quickly and efficiently.

I will certainly return. Thank you very much for such a memorable stay.

all in all it was a nice stay
Pros:

The location was good - in the centre of the old town. The room was fairly large and clean. The towels had some unusual smell. My room was strangely planned but it did not create much of a discomfort. The gentleman at reception was helpful. The breakfast was good but the location of the breakfast (in the basement) was not ideal from my pov. It was a good stay all in all.

Cons:

My room was quite dark. The bathroom was a bit strange - I had to make my way to the bathroom through some narrow passage. I did not like the towels.
