Pros:

Excellent rooms, amazing view, diverse and very tasty breakfast. Very kindly staff

Cons:

There is no so perfect space for place some clothes: very few shelves. I recommend to the hotel to make service of AIR conditioner system more often. A little noisy due the street environment!

Our stay at Qarvasla was absolutely wonderful, and we left genuinely impressed and extremely satisfied.

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The hotel has a unique charm, combining beautiful traditional Georgian character with comfort and elegance. Every detail seems carefully considered, creating a truly special atmosphere.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and full of character. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful and relaxing place to return to.

What impressed us most, however, was the hospitality. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel more like guests in someone's home than customers in a hotel.
Qarvasla is one of those places that becomes part of the journey itself — not simply somewhere you stay, but somewhere you remember.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Qarvasla to anyone visiting Georgia. We would love to come back one day! 🇬🇪❤️

Pros:

- Very beautiful small hotel, architecture and decor.
- Very very good breakfast
- Dona and the other smiling woman in the breakfast area are very professional

Cons:

- very cold welcoming
- we wait our luggage some time in our room and when we called reception about this, we felt as though we were bothering him, and the receptionist stopped answering the phone. When I went downstairs, he was simply looking at his phone… this gave us a resume on how professional is the staff during all our stay.
- the staff in the bar is a disaster : rude, wrong beverage, no availability, 1h for a fruit platter…
- 0 customer care
- they don’t know to say “hello” // nobody speak English

An average mediocre hotel. For Georgian standards a bit overpriced.
Pros:

An average 3*-4* hotel. By no means a 5* as advertised.

Cons:

The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower cabin didn’t work. White and red wine bottles in mini bar impossible to open. Apart from reception staff nobody else could speak English.

Wonderful place to stay in Tbilisi!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in the centre of the city. Very well situated to reach everything by foot. The staff was outstanding - everyone was super friendly and helpful. Always found solutions for any kind of request easily and quickly. Thank you for the hospitality!
