What was supposed to be a relaxing break from our trip in the camper van turned out to be a disaster and we wished we wo

Cons:

The basic rooms with a/c had open windows on both sides and even though the hotel was empty they were not willing to move us to a room with proper windows. Instead we ended up in a room at the back of the kitchen with the smell of grease and with open windows. We also both got food poisoning from the included breakfast.

Llegar es fácil.
La sopa de Marisco estaba muy buena.

Deberían de estar preparados para recibir gente, para poder usar el A/C tardaron media hora en arreglarlo.
-Quitaron el agua de la ducha, y tuvimos que pedir que instalarán el agua, al rato ya había... porqué la quitan en primer lugar?
-Compre unas alitas por casi $20 el pollo olía mal.
-En el desayuno dijeron que no había tortillas (es incluído) cuando dije que iba a pagar aparte por ellas sin problemas empezó a hacerlas , costó como 20 cordobas cada tortilla.
-Pregunte si tenía refresco natural, me llevaron jugo Santal a 50 cordobas el vaso., simplemente decir no hay jugos naturales.

Las habitaciones con vista al mar, la ubicación del lugar y no todas las personas se portaron mal solo la que nos atendió (Mesera).. Gracias a los demás

Cons:

El trato del personal fue grosero ya que después de almorzar nos llegaron a quitar de mala manera las mesas que ocupabamos para dárselos a otra familia, fue de pésimo gusto tomando en cuenta que andábamos en familia con un bebé y prácticamente nos corrieron después de haber consumido casi $600 entre alimentos y hospedaje sin duda un lugar que no volveremos a visitar.

Beautiful sunset, good food, nice staff.
Pros:

The ocean-view balcony room is worth it! Beautiful sunset. The food (we had dinner and breakfast) was better than many other beach spots. Attentive and kind staff.

Cons:

It seems the space needs a little bit more love, espacially the outdoor space, which is not taken advantage of as it should! I was not sure if it was because it's a new hotel or if the owners don't prioritise this... but they should! Also, it's not the most beautiful beach in Nicaragua and because of all the rocks one is scared to go swimming, but that's not the hotel's fault.

QUick stay in Casares Beach, Nicaragua
Pros:

I like the location, prices, and service. Very quiet.

Cons:

The hotel is conveniently located in Casares, allowing us to observe fishermen in the morning, and it's just minutes away from La Boquita. The hotel features three levels, but the stairs leading to the breakfast area are quite steep, winding, and narrow. Additionally, there are around 20 steps to access the beach, and the parking area is also connected to these stairs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're visiting with elderly or disabled family or friends.
