Pros:

Got a confirmation but hotel said it was fully booked when we’ve shown up. Very difficult communication to arrange a room and cancel existing booking (which was not allowed).
Got a non ac room without wifi instead 2 ac rooms. They wanted us to charge more than the official declared price that was displayed in the lobby.

Pros:

Staff was very cooperative and went extra mile to make us comfortable. Food from Shreejay was delicious and service was very good 👍

Cons:

Tea option not available in hotel.Location is quite tricky
