Cons:

Bathroom facilities. The towel holder was about to fall away from the wall. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and loose from the wall attachment. There was used soap in the shower area. The room was not protected enough from the road noise.

One nights ok if your on a tight budget.
Pros:

Cheap price. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked clean, but no ambiance.

Cons:

Very noisey street corner.Room was dark and smelled of wrotting plants from outside window.Bathroom smelled so bad of mold I had to hold my breath to use it. I didn't shower. I used the bed and got out of there!

Great staff. Good location. Wifi was good.

Cons:

This hotel is terrible. The rooms smells like mold, probably because the bathroom door has a layer of it. No hot water. Sink Tap constantly runs. The cleaning rag was just left on the counter. Sheets stained.
This place is gross.
Maybe try a better room or better yet another hotel.

Great affordable place with a brilliant location BUT...
Pros:

The location is great as it's not too far from the centre and it's right next to a mall and the main strip! You also get access to a pool in the hotel which, for the price, is great! We also got complementary water which was very nice of them. The staff is friendly and welcoming

Cons:

I can't rate this place any lower because of the price but there were a few ant friends here and there.

Everything seemed clean but there were a few ants in the corner of the room. If you don't mind sharing your room with a few ants then forget anything I said. But if you really can't stand them then it's something to keep in mind. It didn't really affect me as there wasn't many but it's still something to mention.

Mentioning it to the staff might've got us a different room but it wasn't a big deal for us as 2 previous places we stayed at, also seemed to have ants so we just got used to it.

With that said, it's still a great place and for less than 1,400PHP/night you can't really go wrong.
