Property the best hotel we’ve stayed during our trip in Paris. The hotel room was spacious, clean and new. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located and there are many dining options around the area.

Air conditioning in August was priceless!! Incredibly kind staff who took amazing care of us. We just needed something for the night & wish we would have stayed here the entire time. I was worried because it was one of the most affordable options but everything was so perfect! Exactly like the pictures & the sofa was a real pull out mattress very comfy. The beds were a dream, shower was great pressure & lots of hot water. Enjoyed the location & in room coffee, water & little fridge. Clean, comfy & spacious.

We had a great stay overall (duplex apartment). It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Hot water was always available in the shower. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was great for walking to most attractions. The AC was not working in the primary bedroom, however worked everywhere else. Some things to improve - the kitchen could use more cooking utensils, and cutlery. We only had the duplex cleaned 1x in a 6 night stay (our choice), but when we came back there were crumbs left on the floor. Overall, we loved the hotel and the amount of space we had!

“A small, new hotel that’s clean, comfortable, and centrally located — just a short walk to the main attractions. The street is blocked to cars, so if you’re arriving by taxi, you’ll need to get dropped off at the corner. The room was a bit warm and I couldn’t adjust the thermostat, but that seems to be common in France. Stairs are very narrow and the elevator is tiny, but the staff were extremely kind and friendly, which really made the stay special.”

We had a remarkable 2-night stay at Hotel Leev Victoire during the Xmas Holidays (2024). We had booked this hotel on the premise of its central location, amenities & value (king bed and decent bathroom) for the price point. Let me tell you it certainly delivered on the promises. The hotel opened in the summer of 2024 after a tasteful renovation of the building in a sleek & tasteful modern spa-like design. The fact that it is located in a quaint portion of the Victoire street, void of cars, makes for truly quiet nights for such a central location. It is a great hub for effortless city exploration being just a stone-throw from major landmarks like Place Vendome, Palais Garnier Opera, Madeleine Church, exquisite shopping locals, theaters & cabarets (Moulin Rouge & Folies Bergeres).
The spacious design of our apartment-style room (Vega) was thoughtful with a dreamy king bed and well-appointed bathroom with a shower featuring both Rainspa and handheld multijet showerheads for ultimate in-room comfort. 5 stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.
The staff was professional, warm, and genuinely invested in ensuring guests felt welcome. Amenities enhanced the overall experience further. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, this hotel is a real gem offering comfort, convenience, and Parisian charm. This is definitely an address to keep !
