From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were surrounded with such warmth and friendliness, we immediately felt at home. We had a big room with an attached bathroom, a balcony tea and coffee on request. The food was amazing, real home cooking. But the conversations, the jokes and laughter together were what made our stay a 20 star experience.
If you want a 5 star hotel with staff don't come here. But if you want to experience Keralan hospitality at its best, this is the place for you. Wolfi, Kanan and Suritha we wish we could have stayed longer. If we come your way again we won't hesitate to look you up. We came as strangers and left as friends. Thank you for everything.

As cyclists, we chose the Heinrich Wolfi Heritage Inn because it is conveniently located between Munroe Island and Allapuzha. We did not expect to leave the next day fully energised but we were. What a good choice! The family is lovely, we ate fantastically well, the room was spacious, AC worked well and I always like staying in a ground floor room as we carry a lot of luggage on the bicycle. Our clothes were washed in a washing machine and we could get tea and coffee whenever we wanted. Thank you so much for having us and the opportunity to meet you all. This is not a hotel, it is Wolfi, Kannan and Suritha's home, they welcome you into it. They deserve to be treated with respect for their kind hospitality.l

The hosts at Heinrich Wolfi were so accommodating. The home cooked meals were amazing. Keralan fish was the best fish I've eaten in my life easily. The hosts took us by car to local attractions and the rooms were lovely and clean. Highly recommend.

Quiet position in front of sea, clean room. charming host, very helpful delicious vegetarian food cooked by host's wife.

The host were so nice and friendly.The rooms are comfortable,and atmosphere so peaceful.The offer delicious homemade meals.They arranged everything we need(bike, cycle,car,canoe-boating,Taxis...),Room are comfortable and clean,i highly recommend this place!

Our overall experience was very good. The family was very hospitable, going out of their way to provide comforts to us. We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the Heinrich Wolfi Inn.

Kannan and his family are simply delightful, taking a personal interest in every guest. It's still a new venture, so as yet there's no sign out on the road, and you will have to call for final directions when you arrive at thenearestintersection. But they are kind and gracious, in addition to which they serve delicious meals (which is helpful because dining options in the immediate vicinity are limited). Also, the location is somewhat remote, which is a significant plus if you want to avoid tourist areas and experience the life of ordinary Indians on the Malabar Coast.

A VERY pleasant surprise, my host Kannan picked me up from Kayankulam station and drove though beautiful,quiet, cool palm shaded countryside to the family home only 100m from the beach. Village atmosphere, family friendliness and the most delicious Keralan food I have tasted made this one of my top 10 travel experiences of the last 40 years. Roomwas cleanspacious and simple with attached bathroom. You don't have to goback into town for anything. There are little stores that sell everything, small restaurants along the seafront even an icecream shop and a tattooist. Plenty to seein the area; temples, canal boating, fishing, bicycling, Krishna palace and lots of soothing nature. Best place for a relaxing break and low key cultural immersion at the same time. Next time I will stay for 2 weeks.

It was a nice stay. The extra rowing boat trip was excellent. Host was always with us and provided value added service
