There was no soap in the showers and no house keeping service on Sunday, had to change rooms because of large holes in the door, new room was no different holes in the door also, staff said they ran out of soap. Loud noise from party hall on the first level can be heard on the third level.

They booked multiple rooms at JAIGOBIN. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well taken care of. However the air conditioning system needs updating, the room takes at least 90 minutes to get somewhat cool (mid 70s)
There is no such thinG as being greeted by STAFF at this hotel. I was asked, "WHAT DO YOU NEED?"
Upon that the front desk personnel told me while still looking at an TIK TOK video that she needs to verify my payment. I said I have the verification email of payment. She then proceeded to say "WELL I DO NOT KNOW I HAVE TO CALL MY BOSS"
This is after booking multiples, we waited about 35 mins for her to continue watching her TIK TOK videos only to then say "OH YEAAA I NOW SEEING IT"
I was supposed to get a resort credit by booking through Expedia. She blatantly told me " WE DO NOT DO THAT HERE" I was so unsure of what she meant. I asked what do you mean?
she then proceeded to inform me that I have to pay for whatever I need they do not offer anything free. At no point did I ask for anything free. It was unnecessary and unprofessional of your staff to say anything remotely close to what was conveyed to myself and my party.
JAIGOBIN, your staff in the bar was much more accommodating than at the front desk.
