In room service Food,
rooms,
the ambience of the hotel.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast spread could have been better I felt. As we had the same spread all the days of our stay.

When a couple stays in a room of the hotel, they should be provide two sets of biometric keys which was not given and it caused needless problems to my wife and I.

The problem of no direct lift going to the 6th to the 9th floor was also another issue which I thought the hotel could rectify in the long run.

It was just ok like any nor.al budget hotel, unlike Taj Ginger .aintained in other cities.

Cons:

Breakfast was the worst part. Very few items. Even normal roadside hotels provide better stuff.
