Was disappointed by the maintenance of resort and rooms.
Pros:

Delux room stay not recommended here,Staffs are good,Restaurant was pathetic
Pros:

We liked the resort's position and it's surroundings and pool etc. Staffs were good, no issues as such.

Cons:

The so called delux room doesn't fit to be called a delux room.The rooms doesn't even have a exhaust in the bathroom.
One side window was having no protection with iron rods, it was an open window in ground floor.
The food in restaurant was a very pathetic experience, no butter available with bread, only they were providing Jam. The taste of foods was not that great when we had a paneer item.
One night I ordered Egg bhurji, then I got the white covers of the Egg in the bhurji, I had to get it changed.
Sometimes there were load shedding in the delux room section, but there was continuous electricity in the suit section.
We felt little isolated in the Delux room section,little scared.Overall delux rooms are not recommended in this property. Also the restaurant to have food is not recommended.

Pros:

location, property is good, the room which I book is very good, neat clean, property owner much give more focus on rooms fixtures, need to install AC since we have made booking ac rooms.
pool is big n nice my kids enjoy. food quality is good.
Mr. Sanjay is excellent, commanding to staff and understand guest need.....thank you Sanjay for your overall hospitality ...see u soon.

Area to be improve
1 need full flage or proper restaurant, it shouldn't for lunch to be order in morning and that also shouldn't limited variety of food.
2 guest need to be more improve, like pool table, carrot which was not in working condition.
3 explain abt property or short tour to property or tour to inhouse strawberry gaden, which will give excellent touch to guests
guests.
4 rooms to be well maintain with AC, fan etc (due to weather it might require in night but in day time it's needed)
5 Wear n tear of rooms need more attention like washroom, guest amenities, fixtures, hk service, room service.

The first-time experience was excellent. The host, Staff was very helpful and personally took care of our needs. The food prepared, was in accordance with our requirements. The staff were very good. The hotel location was just perfect. we had great hangout in Mahabaleshwar.

The resort needs lots of improvements.
Pros:

Breakfast options were very good. Swimming pool was maintained. Overall ambience was ok. Family Suites were quite spacious but poorly managed.

Cons:

Staff was not cordial. One waiter dropped the fork stained with the vegetable twice on our clothes. Kitchen service was poor. Lunch dishes were not good. Ice was not available for the drinks. There were old and damaged stuff kept shabbily around the Family Suites. There were issues with the Kettles kept in the rooms. Telephone was not working in one room. No liquid soap was kept in the washbasin dispensers.

Pros:

We occupied two double rooms in an old unmaintained bungalow acquired by the resort. None of the photos on booking.com had shown us these dingy rooms.
The third duplex room that we had booked independently was slightly better. The staff tried to do their best, but the service was overall slow, the room phone wasn't working, hot water was erratic, the furniture in the rooms was old and dirty, torn.
The free breakfast lacked variety...they had served an identical menu on both days. The restaurant staff was uncommunicative and passive.
