Et dejligt sted med en meget omsorgsfuld vært
Pros:

Værten var usædvanlig hjælpsom. Vi følte os som en del af familien. Så det er et unikt sted med en dejlig swimmingpool. Det er et sted, som vi varmt anbefaler.

Cons:

Vi var ikke så meget til den lokale morge mad, så det ændrede værten for os, så vi fik musli med mælk, omelet og ristet toastbrød med syltetøj

Coconut Garden war mein schönster Homestay in Indien ❤️ saubere gute Zimmer, ein hervorragender Pool und eine unglaublich herzige Familie. Es ist mir sehr schwer gefallen abzureisen. Nochmal ❤️lichen Dank Venu & Soumi, Suman & Soumya with Sangeeth and Sarun and Sudheesh ❤️

Cons:

Leider ist es außerhalb der Anlage dreckig... So dass ich gar nicht mehr raus wollte...

A nice place away but a bit remote
Pros:

The location is near the periyar river, but a bit far from the main hub of restaurants, as well as from the more sandy beaches. Thankfully, the hosts provided bicycles that allowed me to reach everywhere I wanted. The hosts were very gracious.

Location, a bit too far away from sandy beaches and restaurants. Also, there was noisy work going on while I was there.

Pros:

Lovely accommodation near the Cherai beach. The owner is available throughout the stay for anything you may need. Breakfast cooked by the family was delicious. The family owns a rickshaw and a new car so any transportation was easily arranged. The massage organised by the owner was wonderful.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Cherai. This homestay made it a very memorable experience, even when only being there for one night. The host was eager to have a chat and told us of some nice places to go to. The room was beautiful and clean. We had delicious meals made by the family themselves. Having breakfast in there living room, made it an authentic experience. The brother of the host would drive us around in his Tuktuk. And since we travelled to the next place on a festival day, the host decided to bring us himself to Munnar. Which is an 5 hour drive. So, we were very grateful and had a great drive with him.

Pros:

Coconut Garden was amazing and we really enjoyed being welcomed by Sudheesh and family. They are outstanding hosts and really introduced us into life in Cherai beach. We highly recommend this home stay if you are in the area.

Awesome homestay in a beautiful garden close to the beach
Pros:

The homestay family is awesome, friendly and helpful. We felt like part of it. They have lots of useful tips for trips and answers to daily life in India. The garden with a swing, shade and animals is a joy. It is the perfect mixture between beach life and relaxing in a beautiful surrounding. We would always come again.

The hospitality was out of this world. This property is run by Sudheesh and his family. They make you feel at home. Although this is a business for them, it is clear that hospitality is a passion for them and they don't use the property as a pure money making machine like other places we have stayed at. They put their heart and soul into this property and making you feel welcome and they want to help you because they are kind people with good hearts. Staying here with my partner was lovely. It felt like having a piece of home in Kerala. The bed was so comfortable and the homemade breakfast was varied and delicious. Each breakfast was different and gave you an insight into South Indian food. Everything is fresh and some things are grown in their garden. The location is a short walk to the beach and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. Thank you to Sudheesh and his family for a lovely stay.

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like about this place.
