Agradable. Cosas por mejorar...Le daría una 2da oportunidad
Pros:

El personal...un 10/10...
La ubicación...perfecta.

Cons:

- La temperatura: Pasé mucho frío. Las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción.
- La Bulla: El ruido de la calle se cuela a la habitación. No es invalidante ni terrible, pero se espera un mejor hermetismo acústico.
-El Baño: La tina del baño de mi habitación, además de ser enana, tiene problemas de desagüe. Terminas duchándote en una pequeña piscina.

Las ventanas y cortinas muy delgadas por lo tanto el frío pasaba en la noche y estaba muy helado, falta de calefacción

If the opportunity ever arises again we would definitley stay here again!
Pros:

Location was great. It was close to the mall, casino, and the cruise terminal. Staff and accomodations were fantastic given the location in the city. The shuttle from Santaigo and to the hotel and then the cruise terminal on the next day was flawless. Breakfast was perfect.

Cons:

The overall appearance and feel of the city was not great but again the Hotel was fantastic.
