ロケーションは抜群で、初めて行く宿泊施設は何かと不安だが、従業員の方の親切な対応が安心させてくれた。
Pros:

新しい。従業員の方が親切。食事のレベルが高い。部屋が広い。露天風呂のロケーションが良い。環境も良い。

Cons:

マッサージが部屋に呼ぶタイプしかなかった。Wi-Fiの掲示がわかりにくかった。エレベーター内に各階の設備を書いてほしい。部屋のゴミ箱が小さかった。浴場の洗い場に仕切りがほしい。しゃぶしゃぶのバイキングのタレに、ポン酢が苦手な子供が食べやすい麺つゆを薄めたようかものが欲しい。

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. They offered a wide range of complementary items, including shampoo, facial and hair care products, and there was free access to the onsen, which was really appreciated. The breakfast was incredible, with a huge variety of options. I was truly impressed!

Cons:

I wanted to buy the beautiful yukata/kimono they offer while you stay but it wasn’t possible 😅

ベッドよりマットレスのサイズが小さくて、ベッドへの昇降時につまずいた
トイレの入り口の段差につまずいた
喫煙所が暑かった
夕食ビュッフェで鱒寿司を楽しみにしてたけど、すぐになくなって結局食べれなかった

Um excelente resort com um pessoal muito atencioso.
Pros:

As instalações (onsen, loja, lazer) são excepcionais e o atendimento excelente. Tudo muito espaçoso e limpo. O contato com a natureza e o banho público são um ponto de destaque.

Cons:

Não há nada que não tenhamos gostado.

トータル良かったです！
Pros:

時間限定ではあるが、ふろ上がりの生ビール無料サービスが良かったです。

Cons:

三人一部屋で家族で宿泊しましたが、一人だけ寝床が貧相な感じになっていたこと。後は良かったです。
