Estadía perfecta: hermosa y cómoda.
Pros:

La habitación hermosa, cómoda, muy limpia, un lugar realmente precioso. Además situada en un lugar muy turístico de Valpo. Lo recomiendo 10/10

Las habitaciones tienen lo necesario y sus techos altos lo hacen un mas especial junto con las luces. Todo perfecto.

Comodidad y alegría entre los cerros y el océano

La atención de la recepcionista, la cercanía al ascensor hacia el cerro, a la rambla y lugares para comer. También se destaca el buen gusto y detalle en la ambientación de la habitación.

Me gustó alojar en casa esmeralda, volvería.
Pros:

No cuenta con desayuno.
Excelente atención en recepción y muy claro en las instrucciones.
Muy buenas habitaciones, cómodas, amplias y limpias.

Cons:

El sistema de dispensador de schampoo y jabón líquido en la ducha se sueltan y caen no se sabe cual es cual.

Chambre jolie et logement en bon état, lit très confortable, équipements très corrects.
Accueil gentil.
La situation en ville est parfaite.

Cons:

L'hôtel se situe d'un côté sur une rue où il y a beaucoup de circulation, et de l'autre côté sur un escalier qui monte aux collines, on entend beaucoup le bruit et l'agitation extérieure.
J'y retournerais malgré tout !
