Quartier très vivant la journée et central, plutôt désert le soir mais la proximité des ascenseurs permet de gagner rapidement des endroits plus touristiques et animés

Pros:

Habitación muy amplia, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Cuentan con horno, microondas y frigo bar propio, además facilitan loza y cubiertos. Muy buen servicio, el personal amable y claro!

ubicacion bien, pero ruidosa

Cons:

- ruido extremo de noche
- sin aire acondicionado, un calor ufffffff
- si abro la ventana de noche el ruido supera los niveles
- corted e agua, no pude ducharme, recepcion no me dio solucion, como llevarme bidon de aguda para bañarme, cero interes en el cliente.

Great location and decent for a short stay
Pros:

I appreciated having a mini fridge, toaster oven, kettle, and some basic utensils in the room. It’s a great location for exploring. I liked the tasteful, minimalist decoration and the tiny little balcony in the room. Its also great that they offer laundry service!

Cons:

The sheets and towels had a sickly sweet smell from the laundry detergent, it would be better to use unscented detergent for any guests with allergies or sensitivities. I had a light in the ceiling the flickered randomly even when all the lights were switched off. Heating appears to be a boiler system so no on demand heating for unseasonable cool summer / fall evenings, although they provided extra blankets. The electric hobs in the kitchen were a little sketchy and started smoking when I turned it on like there was oil or grease on there. The floors creak so if there’s a person in the room above you you can hear every time they take a step or move something across the floor, so I wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

Well designed hotel
Pros:

I like I like the concept, the room was big enough, and it was clean a kitchen for everybody, which you cook whatever you want, free water!

Cons:

The staff was weird I mean she was OK when I checked in but when I checked out, I just said I liked the hotel, but she didn’t say anything it was like I was talking to a wall. The rest was perfect.

Die Leute der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir haben erst das dritte Zimmer akzeptieren können. Das reservierte Zimmer hatte gebrauchte Bettwäsche aufgezogen, das konnte man riechen und es gab Haare im Bett. Der Balkon war unbegehbar wegen viel Vogeldreck und die Aussicht sehr traurig auf verfallene, leere Häuser...Das zweite Ersatzzimmer, ein ähnliches Problem und roch schlecht. Im dritten Zimmer war soweit alles einigermaßen, aber war dann zur Hauptstraße raus und sehr laut.
Daß der Stadtteil schwierig ist, wird auf der Seite von Booking auch nicht klar. Obwohl das dritte Zimmer keinen Balkon mehr hatte, blieb der Preis...
Auch die Dusche war zwar sauber, aber wie so oft wird Schimmel mit Silikon einfach zugedeckt...

la cama muy cómoda y el baño y la ducha muy moderno

Cons:

lo único que no me gustó fue el ruido externo de los vehículos se escuchaban muy fuerte,deberían mejorar la aislación acústica, porque me costó dormir solo por eso.Lo demás super bien.
