Estancia recomendable
Pros:

Pedro es muy agradable, respetuoso y servicial. Contestaba rápido a nuestras dudas.
Es un sitio barato, en casa particular, que se ajusta perfectamente a lo que anuncia.
Todo estaba limpio y es muy económico, incluso en un fin de semana de conciertos donde los precios de la capital se volvieron absurdos.
Tienes el metro y paradas de bus en la misma puerta, y un lidl justo al lado.
Muy recomendable!

Cons:

Si llevas equipaje muy pesado o eres una persona con movilidad reducida debes tener en cuenta que es un cuarto sin ascensor.

La ubicacion muy buena ya que esta justo frente la estacion de metro si lo deseas usar
Y buses. Hay cerca un Lidl para comprar cosas para comer.

Cons:

-Si llevas maletas vas a cargarlas 4 pisos
-La cocina se comparte con el anfitrion al igual que el baño.
-La habitacion esta justo al par de la del anfitrion.

En general es para estar maximo 1 ñoche.

Il lato positivo della struttura è stato sicuramente il prezzo e la vicinanza con la metro che ti permette in una ventina di minuti di stare in centro. Avevo prenotato tutte e 3 le stanze pensando che fosse un appartamento, invece sono stanze in affitto dal proprietario di casa. Lui vive nell'appartamento e condivide il bagno (unico bagno della casa) con tutti. Il proprietario si chiama Pedro e nonostante vive lì, nell appartamento dove affitta le stanze lui è molto riservato e poco invadente.

Cons:

Si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore.

Lo más agradable fue la atención de don Pedro.
Una persona mayor muy respetuosa y hace lo mejor que puede por acoger a sus huéspedes.
Limpio y tranquilo. Buena ubicación

Cons:

4to piso sin ascensor no te da la opción de olvidar nada antes de llegar a la habitación, ya que si no estamos en forma es un poco molesto, lamentablemente hace mucha calor en la noche, difícil de dormir. Pero uno cuando paga un precio económico tiene que estar consciente de que hallará sorpresas.

Pagato x camera 2 posti una cameretta larga max 2,10 m. Ci stava giusto un letto a una piazza e mezzo poggiato al muro ed un comodino all altro lato. Muffa nei muri la vasca sempre sporca e piena di peli e capelli.. nessun tavolino x appoggiare una minima cosa. Sgarbato l host
