Perfektes Personal, Familienzimmer 101 war traumhaft. Nur Meerblick war bedingt sichtbar. Zwei grosse Doppelbetten. gemütlich
Massage war perfekt. Die Masseurin aus Uganda war perfekt. Preis Leistung Spa sehr gut. Frühstück und Ausblick hervorragend. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken direkt vor Hotel.

Very close to 2 cities and the airport. The rooftop restaurant was very convenient and reasonable.

Für das Provinz Bulancak ist diese Hotel nur wow geile und sauber Hotel und sehr nette personal die immer hilfsbereit sind Freitag gibt es sogar live Musik oben im Restaurant mit einer schönen Ausblick

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und liegt direkt am Meer. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausreichend und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, freundliche Personal

Relativ neues hotel. 2024 eröffnet. Sehr neu alles, sehr sauber. Super Lage, direkt neben einer großen Moschee und neben Spiel Plätzen. Gleichzeitig ist ein staatlich betriebenes Restaurant um die Ecke, mit sehr guten Preisen. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Personal ist super nett. Es gibt gratis Kaffee in der lobby. Auch gibt es ein Familienrestaurant auf dem Dach mit super Ausblick.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Als es Probleme mit den Zimmern gab, wurde sofort reagiert. Als Entschädigung haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Der Restaurantbereich hatte eine schöne Aussicht, jedoch war das Frühstück eher mau. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Giresun. Overall, it was an acceptable experience given the city, but there are several things that need serious improvement.

First, the shower was clogged, which made using it very uncomfortable. At breakfast, we were told there was no coffee, even though there clearly was some available. We suspect this was simply due to a lazy or inattentive staff member at the breakfast service, which felt a bit disrespectful to guests.

The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The restaurant had live music until 23:00, which wouldn’t have been a problem if the rooms had better sound insulation—but they don’t. After the music ended, staff moved chairs around noisily for what felt like ages, making it very hard to sleep.

The air conditioning also did not function properly, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable.

On the positive side, most of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and we want to thank them for their friendliness.

In the end, we rate it 6/10 because this is Giresun—a smaller city where you can’t really expect premium service or facilities. But if this hotel were in a big city with more competition and higher expectations, it would only deserve a 3/10

When we arrived there was no porter service to help with the luggage’s and despite being informed prior to arrival I would be able to park in the car park, there was no space so had to keep my car on the street. The massage service was excellent. When it rained water was leaking into the restaurant during breakfast. The hotel despite being only a year old requires work.
