They let me book on jan 1st 1:00am for 31st dec to jan 1st after I go to check in hotel already closed . Until morning I tried to reach unable to reach … later is requested for free cancellation don’t have any reply from property…when tried to call also they don’t want to be give answer … Very frustrating

No staff

Late checkin. Dah deal dalam wsap first, tapi bila sampai bilik yg dijanjikan tu dah berkunci. Jadi kena tnggu pihak mereka cari kunci dahulu. Dan akhirnya setelah mnunggu, tiada kunci. Pihak pngurusan mnjanjikan 50% bayaran semula if nak stay juga sbb pintu tidak dpt dikunci. Nak cncel but tk boleh refund ya if kita cancel jdi pihak pngurusan tiada pilihan. Terpaksa duduk bilik tanpa mendapat kunci. Around 9.30pm ada another pelancong but seem like adik beradik dia jugak dtg nak masuk blik tu dan sprisely kunci tu sbnrnya ada pada mereka. Jadi pintu kami boleh dibuka dari luar. Sgt mnakutkan dan bahaya. Bila checkout mnta refund, dia cakap 3 hri bekerja by sistem. Dan hrini hari ke-4 bekerja (Khamis) saya chat dia semula dan ckap refund is under booking.com jdi bila2 masa sahaja . Mnta prove yg katakan booking.com proses dia ckap will send in inbox but nothing ya. Mngkin tnggu kena viral dengan bukti2 yang ada .

I would like a refund. Nobody even met me to check in.
Nobody answered calls.. nobody answered messages
Nobody at the front desk.
I had to book another hotel.

I sincerely apologies to say, the owner i think memang jenis bercakap kasar kot. When my family has arrived at the hotel, there's no receptionist ya. Then i contact to the owner to ask the room..he reply to me "Deposit pls" wow. So nice word i got it ya. Pls be more manner with at least word "minta sediakan deposit dahulu ya. RM 100 shj..,terima kasih". But no ya, "deposit pls". Huh. I was keep smiling at my baby's aqiqah ceremony, then my smiling was DEAD ya with the kind of word.

Back then. I was expected a basic comfort stay for my big family. At least basic comfort. My family was travelling from JB & need a rest. But they're keep complaining to me "why kakak booked this creepy stay?" "Air kecik sangat lah kakak". The aircond @one of the room my mom stay are not functioning very very very well. Hot & my mom with my sister are sweated all the night. I was informed to the owner right after they're checking in, he said "tak ada orang complain pun sebelum ni!" Dengan nada yang keras ya. Yakin tu takda orang complain. He didn't know i already read the review on google review before i told him abt the aircond 😂 just to malas gaduh bcs i was busy with my baby's aqiqah. Even didn't say sorry / apologies to me @ solutions to change room. Just he gave the instructions how to setting the aircond. Kami dah biasa guna aircond kot, takkan lah naive sangat tak tahu guna / setting. Padahal gas aircond dah habis. He langsung tak mesra alam / membantu even no one at the receptionist to get help. Air dalam toilet pun kecik sangat, heated but NOT HEATED. Please do something to fix all the facilities. I felt scammed. Dalam gambar wow cantik. Tapi Ya Rabbi..macam2 hal my family lalui.

I felt so GUILTY with my family yang datang dari jauh untuk berehat dengan tenang. After subuh my mom dah marah2 kepanasan & cepat2 siap nak checkout awal. Haih.
