La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

No tenia nada de cortesía, como saquitos de té/café que en otros lugares hay. Me hospede 2 dias . Había solo 1 papel higiénico.
La cochera mala. No entraban los autos y no funcionaba el ascensor de la cochera, asi que bajar hasta el 6to.subsuelo no fue lindo.

La ubicación es perfecta. La atención de la anfitriona Mijal fue muy buena súper atenta. La presión de la ducha y el agua caliente. Está bien relación precio-calidad.

Cons:

A las instalaciones del edificio en general y cochera les hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Al apart algunos detalles.

La ubicación es privilegiada y está todo muy cerca. El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una muy buena estancia. La atención fue excelente. El wifi perfecto. También tiene servicio de cochera que está muy bueno!!

Cons:

El edificio tiene instalaciones antiguas lo que hace que en horarios donde tiene mucho consumo de agua caliente no de a basto. El agua de noche sale tibia. De mañana si salia bien caliente.
