I highly recommend this homestay and I will miss them so much! I hope to be back!!
Pros:

Pride in ownership is obvious here! Much attention to detail from the many lovely wall murals, beautiful flowers, gardens and I loved the views as well! However, it is the hosts that bring this property above all others!! They go above and beyond to make your stay whatever you are looking for, treating you just like you have known them for years. I had such a wonderful experience here!

Cons:

Not the properties fault but I wish the bus would bring you to them. Not a big deal, we were even offered a ride by a local!!

Forte odeur d'humidité, salle de bain et frigo sale, déclassement et personnel désagreable
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Cons:

La propreté laissait à désirer. Forte odeur d'humidité dans notre bungalow et donc pour le même prix nous avons été sous classé dans une chambre pour le meme prix ou la salle de bain était salle et le frigo aussi. Et personnel désagreable qui vous ri au nez a la moindre remarque et intrusion en notre absence de la chambre

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Cahn, ik mocht zelfs mee eten. Top geregeld, ook de tour voor de volgende dag werd door hem gereserveerd. Als het weer wat beter is (was nu bewolkt) is het zwembad ook een goede toevoeging.

Tout était parfait
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, une terrasse devant très agréable, un petit déjeuner excellent et surtout un accueil chaleureux.
Nous avons trouvé un petit restaurant pour le soir à quelques pas dans le village et nous avons pu réserver une excursion en bateau.

Séjour incroyable à Cat Ba ! Le gérant, Chanh et sa maman sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Endroit magnifique, piscine, jeux, scooter prêté et invitations à dîner… on se sent comme en famille. Je recommande à 100 % !

Très calme et belle piscine
Pros:

Nous avons passé 4 nuits ,et c'était très bien.
Le petit déjeuner et l'accueil j'ai beaucoup apprécié.
Café,oeufs aux plats,fruits,petits gâteaux,et crêpes faites maison..
Très accueillant. Je recommande.

Cons:

Le manque de rangement de sintrev,porte manteau.
L'hôtel se trouve à 3 km du centre ville.
L'établissement peut loué sur place des scooters.

Pros:

Lovely homestay in cat ba. The owners are very welcoming and organized everything for our stay very efficiently from transfer from ha long bay to motorbike rental. Rooms are simple but very clean. Breakfast included and nice swimming pool. Recommend 100%
