La atención fue excelente, nos trataron muy bien. La habitación estaba muy bien y la terraza es una delicia.

The location is perfect! Inside the Medina, in a small and quiet alley, very close to a main alley that goes to the Jemmal Efna, and very close to a main road so it easy to catch a taxi. The property is really nice and clean. We had a room with two windows which was nice and we heard the birds chirping in the morning. The bed has a perfect firm mattress. The staff are amazing - great breakfasts - different each morning - and they gave us a kettle for the room and we could put food in the refrigerator. They are very helpful for anything you ask.

Rien à redire, on a eu un super accueil et les hôtes nous ont proposé de nous préparer le petit déjeuner plus tôt que prévu car on avait un train à prendre. Très bien placé et calme !

The riad was absolutely exceptional! The service provided by Osama, the other worker, and the riad owner was top notch. When we arrived there weren’t any other guests for a few days so Osama provided a room on the same floor as our other room to make things easier for us and I really appreciated that. The breakfast was very nice, filling and there was a different selection every other day. The room was exactly what was shown online, it was perfect, clean and comfy with a nice bathroom and shower(only thing I wasn’t used to was a curtain as the door for the bathroom but that wasn’t something that ruined anything). Every day we came home to a nicely tidied room with everything organised and back in its place which I really appreciated as-well (especially when we would leave with a mess sometimes). We also needed an iron for our clothes and that was easily provided to us as-well. The distance to Jmaa el fna was so conveniently close and also at a perfect distance to grab a taxi at the main road. The riad is at a perfect location with just one turn into the alleyway from the main road and no noise disturbances. It was genuinely very quiet and peaceful in the riad and there was a very cute cat who would hang around sometimes. Only one thing I would prefer is a brighter light in the rooms since one room had small windows so during the day it felt very dim but besides that this was a 10/10 stay and would definitely come again!!! Gostamos de tudo. Desde a limpeza até às pessoas. Foram super atenciosas. Inclusive um dos dias fizemos uma tour e como teríamos de sair cedo prepararam-nos o pequeno almoço para levarmos connosco. Quartos super arrumados e cuidados.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Marrakech. Los huéspedes nos han recibido con gran calidez y nos han facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado durante la estancia. El Riad está muy bien cuidado.
