There was nothing to like about this place, it's small, dirty and disappointing.
The terrace is covered in dog waste. The room is very dirty, especially the walls that are heavily stained. The shower has no hot water but it does have the ability to electric shock you. The staff are hard to communicate with and disappear when there's issues to solve. Very disappointing place, even for $10/night.

Hector was incredibly helpful with advice about safety, airport travel, and with ordering food delivery.
The location was good and it was relatively quiet. Good hot water.
There was no toilet paper, the shower was dirty, and they didn’t seem to know I was coming. Additionally, the property was a lot of different things- an apartment building, a yoga studio, a message studio, and a kombucha place. The dogs in the apartment barked during the day, but were quiet at night.
Friendly staff. My plane was late. I woke them after midnight to get in.
