The fact it was not far from the city centre and very commutable.

Cons:

Well usually within an apartment you would have access to a kitchen and other amenities. This was basically a room and a shared bathroom only.

Terrible experience asks for too much deposit

Cons:

This place has no physical address and it’s far from piccadelly where in the app it shows address for victoria. You have no idea where you going. They will ask you a lot of questions.
They asks for deposit apart from room fare.
Asks for ids and other form. Too complicated to go with.

I had a terrible experience with this landlord.

Pros:

They're procedures about checking in were so complicated that I ended up staying in a trafitional hotel instead. I tried notifying them a few times in advance and heard.nothing until the day before when they refused even a partial refund. Too many caveats. Stay way. Impossible to locate on a map.

Pros:

The bathroom in the en-suite is modern

Cons:

Huge smelling wet patch in the room. And the solution that was given was grey towels on the floor with air freshener (this is what the cleaner that was sent to rectify it did) Room smelt awful the whole time. The shower was also blocked, so you had to turn off the shower every second to let the shower drain out while u use it.
