Acesso da rodovia para o pátio do hotel é feito por trecho de terra ..... isso é ruim para o aspecto. Pessoal no atendimento demonstra um aspecto de uma ação superficial, como se estivesse "tapando buraco" ali no atendimento. Entendo que uma pessoa mais treinada e focada em receber bem é fundamental. Elevador parece necessitar de revisão pois dá um tranco na saída do térreo para os andares.

Pros:

Não gostei de nada do hotel. As fotos não correspondiam a realidade. O hotel é péssimo. Faltou cobertor, passei frio. O atendimento na portaria foi horrível. A barulheira de madrugada atrapalharam meu sono.
