​I booked a 2-day stay in a non-AC room, but our experience from check-in to checkout was completely disappointing.

​Upon arrival, they assigned us a room right opposite the reception. The bathroom condition was poor, and the window didn't even have a lock. When I pointed out that I had women staying with me and asked them to fix or change the room for safety, they brushed it off, saying no one would come to that side—even though it faces an empty plot and the mosquito net was torn.

​They eventually allotted another room, but the ambience was terrible and the walls were in awful condition. Since we were exhausted from travel, we tried to adjust. However, shortly after, the bathroom started giving off a terrible smell, making it completely unusable.

​When we informed the staff about this in the morning, we received no proper assistance or information. Due to the extremely poor service and unacceptable room conditions, we checked out and left. I have attached photos of the room so others can see what to expect.

Cons:

The location of the hotel was congested area surrounded by open drainage, smell of fish, small road to reach the hotel. The room freshener they used was intolerable. The size of the room was very small. In booking.com it was shown that the room is airconditioned. But the hotel person provided non ac room.
