Great place for a family
Pros:

Was a little nervous at first. Hotels was like a 4th party agent for this rental, so communication was extremely complex. I just called/text'd them directly on what's app and things started to flow. The place was very nice overall, and the neighborhood was high traffic tourist destination with Montmartre just behind it on the hillside. We had the 3 bedroom unit that was perfect for our family of 4. One of the ac units downstairs wasn't working, but we were able to cool both bedrooms with one unit for the most part. Also, the upstairs/master bedroom was missing the shower door. Most inconvenient thing was that there was only 1 key for the front door, and you could only lock it with the key from the inside OR out... So, if you're with a group that's going to want to split up and do their own thing, it's not convenient for that. But if it's a family that's planning to stay together, it's fine. Host was very responsive, but the key was problematic from a safety standpoint. Building was very secure, but there was some construction nextdoor on 1 or 2 days.

Still REALLY enjoyed our stay, and the neighborhood was delightful once we found our way into the super cute part of R. de Matyrs around the corner. Would absolutely stay here again though.

Pros:

This property is a basement unit with no window, no exits for safety. We come from the US and this is illegal units for living or rent. Living room in the first floor with no window but one door locked; if in case of emergency there is no way to run out. we can’t sleep with nervous , smell, moisture and no air circulation to breathe. There is a very little shower cabin with no seal door so water flow all over the bathroom any time we shower and we have to clean hard. Horrible ….no one should book it.

Pros:

We enjoyed the apartment but a couple of the pictures we saw of it on Expedia were inaccurate. Pictures showed a master bedroom with a hot tub in it. That was completely false. We did like the location and it comfortably housed 6 of us.

Pros:

This is the absolute most disgusting place I have been in. The massive mold growing everywhere in the rooms , tub, closet. The smell was even worst. Damp and moldy, no wonder the person who met us there did not go in. Also the lack of response to email and phone calls says even more. Truly disgusting

It doesn't include parking, but I found a place in the street without any issues, yet I had to pay a fine that ended up being cheaper than the parking itself.

Pros:

Upon arrival the owner asked for a further €500 holding deposit which was not mentioned anywhere.
Once inside we noticed the apartment was not appropriate for staying there.
Soiled sheets in the kitchen and so dirty. .
We left straight away. We lost our money and had to find new accommodation
