Pros:

We chose this hotel because we wanted a larger room which is much harder to find in Tokyo. It was a bit more than we planned on spending but was definitely worth it in the end. We each had two large check bags and two carry ons and we were able to leave those bags open if needed and still had space to walk. The staff spoke English and were very polite and informative

위치가 좋았고 저렴했음, 직원들이 매우 친절함. 깨끗함.

Cons:

묵은 방을 기준으로
1. 뜨거운 물이 너무 늦게 나옴(체감상 10분)
2. 옷장이 없음, 옷을 걸 곳도 너무 적음
3. 냉장고가 없음
그 외 다른 이것저것 불편한 것들이 있었음.
객실 시설 자체는 토요코인 싱글룸보다 더 좋지 않은 것 같음

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, ruhige Umgebung. U-Bahn Anbindung ist ebenfalls gut, jedoch ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und international. Die Sitzecke im Zimmer war bequem und unter dem Bett war ausreichend Platz um die Koffer zu verstauen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht kompakt und konnte nur über einen Lift erreicht werden. Es gab kein Stiegenhaus, nur eine Feuertreppe, deren Tür sind im Bad befand. Obwohl das Hotel noch recht neu ist, wirkt die Einrichtung schon abgenutzt. Die Sauberkeit entsprach leider nicht dem japanischen Standard, den wir aus anderen Hotels kannten. Der Boden war fleckig, es war staubig und speziell die Dusche hätte sauberer sein können. Beim ersten Betreten kam die Frage auf, ob überhaupt geputzt wurde. Zudem hatte die Klimaanlage ein Eigenleben und konnte nicht richtig eingestellt werden. Entweder wurde auf 28 Grad geheizt oder gekühlt. Es gab irgendwie kein dazwischen.

Close to the city center but in a quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

The room was rather small, although the size in square meters is clearly stated during booking. We simply didn’t expect it to feel quite that compact, especially when arriving with two large suitcases and four carry-on items.

Since we booked this room twice, we luckily were able to leave our suitcases in the Lobby-Area during our second stay so there was more space available.
