Satisfying stay
Pros:

I liked the behaviour of staffs which made our stay excellent. Room was good looking , bed was comfortable. Cleanliness can be executed better. Facilities were mind blowing. At this price we got most of the facilities. Overall good experience

Cons:

Lift size was small. At a time 3 persons can go.

Overall an excellent stay.
Pros:

Staffs were local but very well mannered. Service was also good.even got to meet the owner Mr Praveen, he never seemed to be the owner rather he directly dealt with any problem we faced. Really loved that gesture.it become my go to hotel.

Cons:

Lift was from upper floor and sometimes we get transport service delayed.

clean, easily accessible hotel with great service and warm hospitality from Sonu Dangi and Mantu.
Pros:

Hotel Infinity is a solid choice for anyone visiting Rajgir. It’s very easy to reach, especially with the newly built bypass road that leads straight to the property. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and provides all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Room service was efficient, prompt and consistent. I especially want to acknowledge Sonu Dangi and Mantu for their warm hospitality. They both went out of their way to make sure I was looked after throughout my stay.

A reliable, clean and convenient hotel experience. Would definitely recommend.

1. It was very dirty. The toilet covers were extremely dirty, cigarette butt in the sink, no toilet paper
2. No hot water
3. A lot of mosquitos in the room
4. It was a spider in the room
5. The bed linen was clean but not fresh
6. No heater. If you want a heater, you can rent it 100 rupees per 1 hour.
7. The location is far from the center
8. You can hear horns of the passing trains

One of the best in the town
Pros:

The hotel interior ,the food and most importantly the staff behaviour everything was good.They have bike facilities also.If you want a budget friendly hotel with comfortable stay. This is the one you are looking for.

I booked this hotel by seeing their review and the team didn't disappoint me. Although supporting staffs were not as knowledgeable as we expected but they were really very courteous ,helpful and hospitable. Room was good and spacious . What I liked most was their food quality and freshness.

Misleading rating on the Booking.com site for a sub standard hotel
Pros:

Although the property looked decent on the site, but in reality it was far removed from being decent. The door of the washroom was of cheap plastic material. The pot use to leak after every use. There were no bed side switches to charge phones. The staffs were not courteous. Their service standards were bad. They took two hours to serve evening tea in the rooms and again served dinner after two hours delay in the night.
The hotel’s rating on the booking.com as 9.6 was misleading in all aspects.

Memorable stay
Pros:

Having such a comfortable stay in Rajgir at this price was unexpected from me. Cleanliness was maintained at high level. Bed was very very comfortable. I liked the concept of photo frames in rooms. Amenities were also good in number and all branded. Although lift was compact in size. Also staffs were well mannered
