It was worth a good stay. I will choose Hacienda over and over again.

Excellent hotel .
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here for many reasons. They were very quick to respond to my messages / requests and were there to meet me at the airport in the middle of the night. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . Breakfast was high quality and enjoyable by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with my travel arrangements, as was the French owner who speaks fluent English .

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. I would definitely stay there again

Very enjoyable stay in every possible way.
Pros:

I loved everything about this place. The entire staff was helpful & wonderful. The food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. The shower is good. The air conditioner is good. The vibe is great. Security is excellent. Very close to the airport but also close to anywhere you’d want to go to locally. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else if I were to come back to Ouagadougou.

Great hotel near airport with pool
Pros:

Really lovely, calm, quiet and nice hotel with pool and gym. Great breakfast and helpful staff

Cons:

Would be nice to have coffee and tea in the room, but the rooms are big and clean

HIghly Recommend and would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff was flexible and accommodating. The standard included breakfast is quite large for one and I couldn't finish it so on subsequent days I asked for coffee, two croissants and an omelet and was charged only for that amount of food. The hotel is also dog friendly which was great as I was only in town for a limited period of time to tend to some matters regarding getting my dog back to the states.
Some people left reviews complaining about the lack of privacy of the pool but the pictures are pretty straightforward in showing the pool at the center of the rooms. The staff is accommodating and I appreciate that they offer laundry services and shuttle services to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Can't think of anything, The communication was good and the staff was very friendly and patient as I am not a native French speaker and have a Spanish lilt to my French.
