Can not be even 4 star

Cons:

Very low quality service, food is motel express roads type of food.
Beds are not comfortable

1) Brak jeziora - wprowadzanie gosci nazwa i zdjeciami w błąd 2) hotel generalnie brudny, chociaż widziałem ekipe sprzątającą codziennie 3) Raczej wszystko zużyte 4) wszędzie smierdzi papierosami 5) woda w basenie wewnetrznym arktyczna 6) 15 euro za 2 godziny basenu wewnetrznego !!! 7) działalo jedno jacuzzi 8) w spa nic nie działalo 9) sniadanie ubogie, obsługa obrażona 10) pod prysznicem wieszaki zostały mi w ręce, rozpadly się ze starosci 11) żenujący regulamin w pokoju gdzie za własne jedzenie lub napoje wyznaczona była kara 100 euro 12) Telewizja nie działała i musiałem sobie sam zorganizować rozwiązanie tego problemu 13) pizza w restauracji okropna, dobrze że nic innego tam nie jadłem. Podsumowując ceny europejskie a poziom 3 świat

Pros:

La parties communes sont belles et l’hôtel a du potentiel mais le lac n’existe plus donc pas le même cadre que sur les photos

Cons:

Accueil froid, prise en otage de la carte ID. Fausses informations sur checkout, pas d’information sur le wifi. Une seule carte de chambre

Cuvette toilettes contre paroi douche.

Prise à côté du lit non fonctionnelle.
Téléphone ne fonctionne pas pour joindre la réception ou le restaurant.
Aucune des deux télévisions ne fonctionnent.
Une seule télécommande fonctionne

Terrasse sale, fientes d’oiseaux.

Appel technique: après une demi-heure, une jeune fille du bar qui n’y connaît rien vient nous dire qu’il n’y a rien à faire notamment parce que la 201 n’est pas desservie par le wifi!!!

Intervention tardive pendant le souper en chambre donc mangé froid.

Accès piscine intérieure en supplément pour un 5 étoiles: assez inadmissible.

Pas de buffet de petit-déjeuner « parce qu’hôtel vide », alors que critère de notre choix et 30 minutes d’attente pour recevoir un petit déjeuner imposé à table!!!

Jus d’orange degeulasse.

אפשר לוותר ולחפש מקום טוב יותר
Pros:

מלון נחמד אבל לא יותר מזה, מסעדה חביבה.
מחירים טובים במסעדה.

Cons:

לקחנו 2 חדרים לשני לילות ובשניהם היה ריח לא טוב, את אחד החדרים החליפו לנו וגם בחדר שהוחלף היה ריח לא טוב, ממש של ביוב.
החדרים מרווחים וגדולים, אבל מיושנים בעיצוב שלהם.
סביבת המלון לא מזמינה ולא מטופחת כל כך.
בכל ערב שהיינו היו במלון ארועים ואין ממש הפרדה בין אורחי המלון לאורחי הארועים ולנו זה היה מוזר.
כשיש ארוע במלון אז אי אפשר להגיע לבריכה בערב וזה מאוד מאכזב בעיקר כי אין שם שום דבר לעשות חוץ מאשר הבריכה.
